we love this place it's awesome
I.was not happy having to wait over 5 min to get an ice capp & a muffin when there were only 2 people ahead of me and 6 people behind the counter
Normally I wouldn't care but I had just come from having a cortisone shot in my back because I was in pain and had to stand in line over 5 min. Once I got served he was very courteous and fast but I couldn't understand what the other 5 people were doing .

Started ordering extra milk as my coffee is always nearly black. This is apparently 2.5 milk.
