This Tim hortons has always been the worst. I've had many bad experiences with them, always avoided writing the review, but this time it was over the board. I ordered an ice cap and chipotle veggie croissant. I just wanted a customisation in my croissant, but the staff was so rude about it. The worst part is, I found a hair in the croissant. I just don't know what else can I say, is this the hygiene and the type of food we are paying for? I don't understand why I have to atleast...read full review

This thing pissed me off more than their wraps
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a Veg Chipotle Wrap, but instead of informing me that it wasn’t available, the staff simply replaced it with a completely different wrap without asking or even telling me.This is completely unacceptable. What if I had a food allergy or dietary restriction? Serving a different product without the customer’s knowledge could have serious health consequences.
