Went to Wendy's chemong Peterborough, burger was raw, didn't want another, went back up to get cinnabites and was charged for the cinnabites, upon asking the supervisor Tanvir why we would be charged seeing we had a raw burger I was told it was the responsibility of the customer to advise and that they can only give another burger, I disagreed and said that is no level at all of customer service, he got frustrated very quickly. I waved at the GM and asked to talk to her she did not come out. the supervisor Tanvir walked away talking about the situation to other co workers in frustration. I did get my money back as a crew member Jesse was very understanding and advised Tanvir to refund! Totally wrong and disrespectful, looks like the crew members know more about customer service then the managers.

Willing to send picture, someone dropped the Bake Potato and sold it anyhow. After paying $81 for a meal through Drive-Thru, that is just unacceptable. $81 for 5 combos with a busted potato; do better, own this mistake. Times are tough sure, but there's 0 excuse for this... Review will be posted under my dad's name Cory Crete with picture. Ordered at 1124 Chemong Rd Rr #1, Peterborough ON Canada K9J 6X2.
To make matters worse their hotline to complain is only Mon - Fri. The store will not take in house complaints, force you to use website and on top of that, their website doesn't even allow you to submit the complaint without the Restaurant code which didn't accept it because it's map and search bar is down, you can't manually put it in. Also Online ordering menu is out of date, what should have cost $60 cost $20 more in person because who cares about advertised online pricing. Also advertised they still had 20 pc nugget combo and Ghost Pepper Chicken, they don't anymore. Over charge, site completely broken, misinforming and out of date.
Ordered around 3:45, no receipt given, can't even provide a proof of purchase other than a bank statement. Buyer beware. Google not letting me add picture at this time.

I arrived at this location to place an order, I asked for 3 burger combos, and they told me they have no burgers.. but the 3 cars ahead of me got their orders just fine.
I ended up asking for a couple of pineapple frostys. None of the frostys were blended and only had a micro amount of syrup on the bottom of it. So it was just a couple of vanilla frosty at that point. It's kind of crazy especially with the prices.
To me, this just seems like laziness.

Typical Wendy's Restaurant. I ate inside vs. The drivethru. Restaurant was clean and service was typical.
I got a grilled Caesar salad along with other things at 11:45 at night. The salad has RAW bacon in it. The chicken looks like it had been out all day. It was so dry it was crunchy. The burgers looked like the were thrown together by someone wearing a blindfold. Save yourself and DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S ?????

I just returned from picking up an order in the drive through. Ordered a few meals and one was a #2 Dave’s Double combo. Got it home and the burger was a spicy chicken sandwich. Returned to store and the meal was corrected by a very nice young male at the window with apologies. A female with Red shirt stepped in and tried to find out what was going on. I explained and then asked for fresh fries as mine were cold at home. Not sure what she said when she closed the window. I wish I could read lips. They let me keep the spicy chicken sandwich which went into the garbage. We live next to this store and order once a month. We are having a hard time at the drive through window the last few times understanding the questions being asked.

I tried to get this order delivered for 2 HOURS and on 2 separate delivery apps. I can see the driver has been waiting at wendy’s for 40 minutes. so it’s clearly this locations fault. this is ridiculous.

Not a bad price for 2 for $4 breakfast. Only downside was that our BACON breakfast wraps didn’t have any bacon on them, not the first time this has happened either.
