I'm tired of asking for condiments through the PA system being told that the window that they are in the bag so you don't check them because you've been told yes everything's in the bag and then you get home and the stuff isn't in the bag

Went here for the breakfast this morning waited in the drive through for 15min for 4 breakfast wraps. There was 4 people in the kitchen. When I got home to eat my food there was lettuce in my husband's wrap, and the food was cold and the sausage was rubbery. Won't be back at all.

My husband and I stopped here to grab a bite before heading home from an evening of shopping last night. I used the washroom while my husband got in line to order. Women's washroom was not clean, and it smelled terrible. While waiting in line to order, I noticed that every employee behind the counter making burgers and other food were not wearing hair nets. Most of them had long hair. I then witnessed a male employee run his gloved hand through his long hair, and then resume the assembly line of burgers he was making with the same gloves. The seating area and all counters in the building also looked quite filthy. We decided to leave before ordering, and will not be back. I imagine most who ate there last night would likely have hair in their food. We were absolutely disgusted. Health department should be brought in here, as it is not sanitary at all.
My wife ate a Dave's single burger combo with chili cheese fries at Wendy's on Chemung road. That night, approximately 6 - 8 hours after eating she became violently ill and vomited for 12 hours. Her entire body was in pain. It's now been over 72 hours since eating at Wendy's and she is still feeling ill yet the vomiting has stopped.
