What a dive!! Disgusting is not strong enough a word. There's food garbage all over the kitchen area and dining room. I'm the only one in here, so you can't blame a busy time. The floor was sticky from the counter to the drink station. I told the manager about it, but she looked at me like I was a foreigner who couldn't speak her language. Did nothing about it.

The fries were cold, pop flat and the burger looked like it was in the wrapper over night.

I wouldn't be surprised if mice, rats and roaches are in paradise in this place!

Where's the government food inspection agency??

highly highly disappointed with my experience here tonight. between me and my friend we got a 6 piece nugget 2 cheesey cheddar burgers and chilli cheese nachos. the nachos came cold and soggy with no cheese. when we went back they said there was nothing wrong with them and that they had cheese on them (when they so clearly did not) the cheesy cheddar burgers were horrible, stale buns, patties were rock hard and only had a cheese slice no cheese sauce whatsoever.
nachos were fixed but nothing else.
staff were rude and aggressive in tone.

Absolutely disgusting and will never be back this location needs a complete overhaul before someone gets seriously sick considering all the other 1 star reviews in the last week-month I’m not the only one.

I have received unbelievably greasy burgers later at night, to the point where the grease is getting through the wrapper.
I'm making this review now due to the fact that I ordered a spicy asiago chicken club which is supposed to get ranch, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and asiago cheese.
Instead it had cheddar, ketchup and mayonnaise and no bacon at all. I was the only one in the drive through, so there is absolutely no way they gave me the wrong sandwich. They simply suck at this location. Never again!!!

Nope! I love Wendy’s but his location is the absolute worst. They slap an hours old, cold and burnt patty on a bun and think that is acceptable. US owned restaurants are suffering, in Canada, and still they treat their customers like this. Just stay away, we will never go back.

Ordered taco salad that comes with chilli and they didn’t have chilli but was not indicated on the ordering app. No one wants a taco salad with lettuce cheese tomatoes salsa and sour cream. Chilli is essential to your taco salad. Also you call and apparently the phone doesn’t work??????!!!

What the hell, I order thru skip at least twice a week for me and my two sons spending about $55-65 each time. We go to order yesterday and there was only two things on the quality value menu! We absolutely love jbcs, it's our favourite! And jus vanished! Literally our usual order looks like this: 6 jbcs, 3 Jr poutines, 2 6 pk nuggets, baked potatoes with bacon and chives n cheese, 3 side ceasers salads and half the time 3 chocolate frostys.we are appauld and if not put back on the menu, probably won't be ordering online anymore. Which sux cuz we don't have a vehicle! Now that is not a small order by all means, but I am a single income parent, and suited our taste and still is pretty costly! Like the rising food of prices these days u would think the quality value menu would be kept! It's jus about non existent, jus as a percentage of ur customers are going to be!!!! Shake my head Wendy's, not a good move cooperate, maybe u bigwigs can afford ten meal deals for your families, but for the small fry here, blue collar, like most, can't!!!!!

The employees and manager are disrespectful and have no social skills. I bought a frosty and sat down and within 15-20 minutes the manager was asking me to leave because I had two kfc boxes on the table that I was bringing home. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Came through around 12:30am, part of my order was missing and the rest was wrong. Customer service was not great lady in here twenties was rude and pushy, the gentleman was a bit nicer. I understand it was late and they may have been exhausted. Not to mention they DO NOT answer calls. I tried to call once we got home and realized on two different devices and both instantly disconnected then have tried calling multiple times today yet all went to voicemail and there box is full.

After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru I was greeted by the very rude manager. The manager did not even acknowledge the wait or apologize for it. She made excuses and said “well I can give you a small frosty but that’s it” still no apology and had zero customer service. I have worked in the restaurant industry and if I ever treated my customers that way I wouldn’t have any of them return. I left without my food and very disappointed. I spoke to customer service and the lady I spoke to was lovely and did her best to turn this experience around, but I am still very disappointed with the customer service in the restaurant and I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.
