Extremely slow and rude. My take-out order which was ordered an hour before pick up, was not ready on time. The server tried her best, but got yelled at by kitchen staff for checking on my order "again," which, by the way, was at my request. The owner was not "user-friendly"; he definitely lacked any kind of customer service, no smile, no apology...he made me feel like he was doing me a favour by having my order ready 15 minutes late. Best Wings Ever! So many flavors to choose from. My goal is to try ever flavor.
We are from Owen Sound Ontario.
We went there once and were very disappointed. But we were with Four other people so tried it again on Jan. 18th. Took 1 hour and a half to get our food that was brought out one at a time. Did not even come back to refresh our drinks and two of us had steak on a bun and was tough, tough, tough. The restaurant was not even busy. Was not impressed at all. Will not be back .
