The customer service is non existent in this restaurant. No one greeted us or said hello, the menu was thrown onto the table while the person was on the phone. They were taking away things from our table without asking. Everyone looked miserable and no waiter was available for anything even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Good was god awful - got the herb pasta and steak. The steak was unbelievably stiff and the pasta seemed like the sauce was from a store bought jar. Waste of money!

Been coming to this affys for about 10 year its always been pretty good but the last couple of times I came the service and the food has gone down drastically. I got a Cajun chicken sandwich last night and the chicken was pink.... my wife got the chicken parm and now she has severe food poisoning. Also the servers took so long to come to our table even tho they weren't busy at all and only had 2 other tables
Usually when we dine in, service is subpar. But i wanted to highlight my takeout experience. The person who picked up the phone, said his name was Sam was amazing! I havent received customer service like that in so long. He was so polite. The food was really good as well i got the chicken parm primavera.

The plate was so small for taking dinner and ifter, we were more than 15 people, there were more than 26 bones and we put bones on a bone plate and they charged $10 for that without checking the bone plate. I do not recommend this restaurant. They are not customer friendly. The space is very congested. Plz don’t go.

Excellent food and service I really loved it not just the food but the employees were generous the owner himself come to us and asked if we liked food or not and he offered us the brownies at the end,must recommend everyone.

Scarborough location is far better; but in this location, their staff has no manners, very disrespectful, has no sense of customer service, and they don't even care. They have attitude problem. But I appreciate they put on $10 fine for wasting food, however, the way they give a look (007 James bond look) at your plate if you have any leftover is very unprofessional. They will count heads on your table and will give exact number of dates (Iftar buffet), even at Locals mosques give generous number of dates (at least 2/person), shows their cheap mentality. And about the food, I don't even know where to start from. Stay away from this restaurant. We had Iftar Buffet, snack items were okay, but rest of the main dishes didn't taste good at all.

We just returned home from this restaurant after having our Ifter "Buffet"! They call it buffet, but that's nowhere near to a buffet. I don't know where should I start. From the interior to the quality of food, everything is terrible. Only a few snack items are good. But you won't go to a fine dining/buffet restaurant for snacks.

ABSOLUTELY worst place to ever go to .. please go if you want food poisoning or want to get served raw chicken.Called the owner and was SUPER RUDE he said he will call the police for not paying $10 absolutely a joke.Im not sure when there last food and safety inspection was but definitely putting it thru public health because this was definitely not up to Ontario standards.Definitely give this place a visit if you plan on going to the toilet and hospital the next few hours.
