I don’t see a reason for taking a service charge in Ramadan, as a buffet is being served. I have been told the service charge is for a group of 14 and more, but when at the place I have been charged for a table of 10 only.
This is one of the best restaurants I have ever come across. Food is explicitly phenomenal and is great for people of all age. I finally got my 10 year old daughter to eat at a restaurant without complaining. The iftar buffet is great. I recommend trying the different steaks they serve.
