Amazing bubble tea. Also always a pleasure to chat with David when I come in. Very friendly staff, just adds to the experience while waiting for your tea.
Ordering is too complicated too many options and too many rules on sizes that are only available for certain drinks. Each order should not take 5 to 10 min . The staff were hardworking and courteous.
I’ve ordered from here a few times now and the service is always quick and friendly.
Their tapioca is always fresh and chewy.
One of the nicest locations I’ve been to.
Love that they’re not using paper cups and straws here.
Flimsy trays, pay the fee and get a bag. My mistake.

I ordered a glass of grapefruit, but there was none, only a little bit.

Love this location especially since it's near my house! I come regularly and never seem to have a problem. Went in today, took around 10 mins to place an order, all good tho since the employee had loads of drinks to make! I placed my order and asked for 30% sugar like I normally would and waited an abnormal amount but she was busy, it was just her on shift so I understand. I got my drink and left but when I drank it at home it was crazy sweet so I think my ice and sugar levels were completely ignored..? Hopefully next time I come this won't happen! The girl working was so nice tho!!!

By far, the nicest Coco location I've ever been to. The decor is beautiful and modern and everything is shiny clean. The drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Martino was working on his own and he was a pleasure. I will return just for his service and drinks! Highly recommend you all visit this location!
I have tried bubble tea from many different places but by far nothing can beat their brown sugar bubble tea.
Bought a milk tea, didn’t taste good, asked them if they could change it and answer was no. Really? Good job with customer service you just lost a loyal customer.
