CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Love this location especially since it's near my house! I come regularly and never seem to have a problem. Went in today, took around 10 mins to place an order, all good tho since the employee had loads of drinks to make! I placed my order and asked for 30% sugar like I normally would and waited an abnormal amount but she was busy, it was just her on shift so I understand. I got my drink and left but when I drank it at home it was crazy sweet so I think my ice and sugar levels were completely ignored..? Hopefully next time I come this won't happen! The girl working was so nice tho!!!

Fast and easy service

By far, the nicest Coco location I've ever been to. The decor is beautiful and modern and everything is shiny clean. The drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Martino was working on his own and he was a pleasure. I will return just for his service and drinks! Highly recommend you all visit this location!

I have tried bubble tea from many different places but by far nothing can beat their brown sugar bubble tea.

Bought a milk tea, didn’t taste good, asked them if they could change it and answer was no. Really? Good job with customer service you just lost a loyal customer.

Not much interaction with staff but they were helpful with looking up points in my account. They were also patient in explaining different toppings to other customers. Efficient and short and sweet customer service ✨??

Ordered an Oolong milk tea and there is no tea in the drink at all!

Customer service was bad and awkward. Ordered 3 drinks and they all tasted watered down.
