Always great service, the peameal egg sandwich is better then any breakfast sandwich at Tims and the doughnuts are always fresher. I brought a couple boxes of doughnuts into work and the guys were asking where I got them. They need to open up more of these in Durham Region.

Absolutely love this country-style coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with that small-town charm that makes you want to stay awhile. We recently had breakfast at this location, and the staff were fantastic. The store was clean, the breakfast was great, and we bought two apple fritters for our grandkids—each the size of our heads! My only complaint is that the coffee tasted watered down on each visit.

I just recently began going to Country Style Donuts. These are the OG of OG when it comes to Coffee Houses and Donuts. This is a family run business and they are completely pleasant and friendly. For those that are donut fanatics (like me) this place has the donuts for those that remember growing up back in the 80's. For those that are much younger, this is actually what a donut should taste like. Not the brick and literally mortar taste you get from Tim's or any other donut shop. The donuts are fresh, MASSIVE and a really good variety. This place is busy, and rightfully so. Really glad to see establishments such as these thrive and still provide excellent customer service. Go and make a trip out there and support a local establishment.
New to the area and this has become my go to place for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I appreciated the extra service today when I was asked if I wanted a refill on my iced coffee! Thank you! :)

There aren’t many Country Style Donuts locations anymore, so this one in Pickering is a hidden gem! Soooo much better than Tim Horton’s! It’s clean and bright with plenty of seating!
We signed up for their loyalty rewards and received a welcome breakfast sandwich – and I’m not talking the lowest category sandwich! I was surprised that you can choose from the classic, signature, or premium items! We chose the “Sunriser” (egg, bacon, cheddar, lettuce + tomato).
They make all sandwiches on the spot with care. This is no slapdash concept! They don’t rush! I requested crispy bacon (perfect), and the everything bagel was extra-large, soft, and fluffy, with a nice chew.
The staff will even bring your order to your table.
I asked if they had fresh decaf – no problem, they made a fresh pot! This is unheard of at Tim Horton’s, where I struggle to get a fresh cup!
We waited until later in the day to eat the donuts, so I would advise eating them sooner. They cost a bit more than Tim’s, but these are larger, fluffier, and not overly sweet or glazed.
We had a delightful morning, and we will definitely come back despite the distance.
I hope to see their rewards program on an app, and more locations opening up again!
I’ve always enjoyed Tim Hortons’ ice caps and didn’t think any other coffee shop could match them. But when I tried Country Style’s ice cap, I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved it! The coffee flavor was rich, and the sweetness was just perfect. I also tried their vegetable soup, which was delicious and full of flavor! Our server, Imran, was very polite and helpful, creating a warm, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere! :)
