We enjoy making coffee from Tim’s freshly roasted beans at home. My husband is a coffee geek who measures everything and makes it the perfect temperature, etc. He only been buying Trebilcock for the past few years and we have several varieties in the cupboard. Personally I like that Tim has strong relationships with the farmers and helps to support the local economy in Central and South America as well as here at home. It’s really a win-win-win. ❤️
What a find...it’s been right in my backyard for three years, wish I’d found it sooner. My son’s passion for coffee spurred me to visit. Greeted by David at the door we embarked on a short tour and then got down to the reason for my visit. David was so helpful, giving me a Cole’s notes on tampers, and pointing me to Reg Barber, a Canadian who hand makes them.
