I've been buying chocolate from Flour Confections for years. I live in Ottawa so I have it delivered. It's a very reasonable price for such fabulous chocolate. It was a friend who is a Cordon Bleu Chef who told me about them. The service is fantastic. And, they are the nicest people. Very accommodating to my requests.

Ordered cupcake boxes that are pictured with the inserts in them. They have very fine print at the bottom that says 'to match inserts click here' but nowhere does it say 'inserts not included' - I think if you are going to picture the cupcake box with the insert in it, you should be more clear that they are not included. They offered no solution.

Even though the store is small, the products they do carry are very good, and I appreciate the helpful service.
