I ordered some cake boxes on Friday morning, and since I live in the Niagara region, I didn't expect to receive them until early the following week. They were shipped that afternoon and I received them today, Saturday. This company is better than Amazon! Love these guys and can't recommend them highly enough!! They're my top supplier!

I’ve previously ordered wafer paper through Amazon without issue. However, for a larger order this time (200 sheets), I received wafer paper that was extremely brittle and unusable for making flowers - a sign of old paper. Since Amazon orders ship directly from the Flour Confections store, I called to inquire about a possible replacement.

Unfortunately, my conversation with the store manager (female) left me uneasy. She stated that open packages are not eligible for refunds and that returns are generally not accepted. While I explained that Amazon had already approved the return, her tone and unwillingness to assist made the situation feel unnecessarily tense.

Now I’m concerned about sending back the full order — nearly 200 sheets — and not receiving a proper refund. I’d appreciate any clarification or assurance you can provide to help resolve this smoothly.

Recently ordered some edible flowers from here and they came in only 2 days all the way to Alberta, we’re in perfect condition, we’re beautiful, and very cost effective! Customer service was also very helpful and quick! Will be a returning customer for sure!

Very impressed with the store!! I live in Toronto so I have ordered product via shipping a few times now. I just ordered a cake board and box and I was worried about the shipping hoping it wouldn't get bent in the mail. This store is amazing! Goes above and beyond I received my shipment in a large box, packed so well and the product completely damage free. What a relief! Just amazing service I will not hesitate to order more in the future

Traveled from Toronto to Pickering to find empty shelves when products are available online. I was informed by the associate that they had the stuff I was looking for but not in store, I would have to place an order online and pick it up within an hour, but this service is not available on weekends due to warehouse working hours.

What’s the point of keeping bare shelves while they have tons of products stocked, if that’s how you operate, you should at least have that information on your website so that people won’t waste time traveling and end up leaving your store empty handed.

I always order online from here with no issues. However, recently I was disappointed when I came in person into the store to make an order. I mentioned the coupon code to the cashier and showed it to them and she acknowledged the code and said I could use it and that she would enter it. I left the store and went to the car to pack the stuff into the trunk when I noticed the receipt never had the coupon code applied. I understand you people can forget but what disappointed me is that I noticed it within a minute or 2 and came back to the door to show them. It was exactly 6pm and they told me to come back another time to get the 5% back. It doesn’t make sense for me to come back another day to get $3-4 off…It’s a mistake on their part and they should have fixed it and not asked me to come back another time to fix it just because their store literally just closed. She was talking to me through the closed door… I literally came to the store and purchased a bunch of stuff so I can apply the 5% discount since I can’t normally use the discount code if I’m ordering online.

I understand if your store is closed but YOU made the mistake and you’re still inside the store and I left the store a minute ago to pack my stuff in the car. If it was my fault, then that’s different but the fault was yours. Telling me to come back another time, how will you even keep track of the situation? That sounds like you were hoping I wouldn’t come back to apply the discount if you ask me.
