August 27, 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Pita Pit, and this wasn’t my first time at this location. On both of my visits, the service was excellent, the restaurant was spotless, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The toppings selection is impressive, with everything clearly laid out for easy choices. We will definitely be returning! The value for money is fantastic when you provide this level of service and quality.

Pita pit is my wife’s favourite over any others. Always fresh toppings and the one on Bailey and monarch and harwood I think is the best one The service is top notch. One thing I don’t like and this is just me cus my wife doesn’t mind but when you put in the meat off the grill or veggies first then your pita will be delicious meat on one side and the other side all the veggies. I wish they would put it all together in a bowl and mix it up and then stuff the pita But nonetheless it’s delicious

My name is Lisa and I work for the medical offices in the plaza where Pita Pit is located. Our staff have been buying lunches from Pita Pit for over a year. We have a pre-typed paper with each staff members pita order on it. It includes specific toppings and sauces. There was never an issue until recently. We went down for our usual Saturday order and passed the lady the sheet with our printed orders. Again, detailed with exactly what we wanted in our pitas. For the first time my pita was made with mushrooms which was not indicated on the order sheet. I cannot eat mushrooms. I pleasantly returned the pita with the sheet asking them to re-make it because they made a mistake. The lady would not re-make it for me. She stated she would get in trouble from her boss, so I asked her to call her boss. She then proceeded to tell her boss over the phone that she made no mistake and her boss said to not re-make my pita. She said she would only re-make it if paid for a new one. I ended up leaving the pita there, hungry and with no lunch that day after it was paid for. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I have since gone in several times to speak with the owner directly and she is never there. I even left my phone number, but no call back. They have lost the business of our office and my family for good. My family has been in the restaurant business for years and we would NEVER treat a customer like this. It was the most pathetic customer service I've ever witnessed. Especially for long time customers. Very disappointed.

Order here often. Friendly and quick service. However, they are really frugal on topics (e.g. shawarma bowl will have 5-6 tiny pieces of chicken).
Very good food and service. My only complaint is that they are asking for tip on fast food. This has to stop - it's a way to pay the hard-working staff less.

This is the friendliest Pita Pit I've ever frequented, and that's counting other provinces. I've been here more than a few times now, and the service is always impeccable while the food is consistently delicious. The portions are perfect and generous. I might say that this is one of the friendliest establishments in all of Pickering - and it's NOT just because Pickering isn't overly friendly. The staff are simply properly coached and kind, and it shines through every time!
