My wife and kids went today (Tuesday, May 27, 2025) to get the $2 personal pizza deal for walk ins. She was turned away from the store saying they ran out of dough to make the pizza. Meanwhile they were making other pizzas, not the personal size ones. Doesn’t make sense, aren’t they all the same dough? Why advertise something on specific days when you can fulfill the orders. Poor management. They just didn’t want to make the $2 pizzas as advertised, wanted to make more money. I will reach out to Pizza Hut franchise regarding this matter. Unacceptable!
May 1, 2025 ⭐️👎🏽 I used to be a loyal Pizza Hut customer, but this recent experience completely changed that. I ordered two pizzas for pickup, and when I got home, I discovered one was completely burnt, the crust was black, and every pepperoni was curled and overcooked.
This isn’t the first time this has happened, but I didn’t complain before. I simply took a break from ordering. Unfortunately, I gave them another chance and got the same disappointing result.
When I called the location, I explained the situation, only to be told by the staff member that “this is how the pizza is made” and that it was “normal.” I pointed out that none of the pizzas on their website look like this. I asked for the manager’s name, and she claimed not to know it. She also said she didn’t have a number for head office. Then she put me on hold without explaining why, and the call was eventually disconnected.
I could have gone to Domino’s, Little Caesars, and with this quality even Pizza Pizza, and spent less, but I chose Pizza Hut because I’ve always enjoyed their food and believed the quality was worth the extra cost. Sadly, this experience proved otherwise.
This level of service is unacceptable. Poor quality food is one thing, but being dismissed and ignored when trying to address it is another. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
December 4, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I revisited my preferred Pizza Hut to take advantage of a promotion they were running called REPIZZA! The offer was a complimentary pizza refill. All one had to do was bring in an empty pizza box, and they'd receive a free cheese or pepperoni pizza! What stood out to me was the efficiency of this particular location. While conversing with friends who endured over an hour of waiting at different locations, I found myself in and out of this place within 15 minutes. The staff, as always, was exceptionally friendly, and the pizza lived up to expectations. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this location and plan to return for all my pizza cravings!

Worst pizza which I ever ate, guys if you don’t have time please tell customers directly that you can’t take more orders. We spent $35 for the order waited 20minutes drove there with empty stomach, you should at least make it so we can chew it. I used to get pizza from Pizza Hut bcz we like its base but only this location provides such a horrible experience.
