Warning: do not come here during peak meal times (lunch/dinner). They only staff one chef and because of that, during peak dinner and lunch time, the wait is about 40-50 minutes. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, or to another pizza hut location that staffs more than one cook during peak hours. The staff were super understanding and provided me with a refund when I let them know I had to go. Ordered at 6:15, was not reading at 7:05. Won't be coming here again.

Pickup order...They made me wait an additional 30 mins past my stated pickup time before my order was ready. It looked like they were only putting in the order when you actually got to the location. Also pizzas looked medium size in a large box. Worst Pizzahut experience ever

This is the best pizza hut in Durham the bottom is crispy the toppings are nice. Normally I'd order dominos because pizza huts often give soggy sad bottoms but this one is sick and I love it with all my heart.

Five stars well-earned! I had a bit of a headache trying to customize my order on the app—it just wouldn't let me do what I needed. I decided to call the store instead, and Bikram picked up. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He handled my specific requests without any issues and made the whole process easy. It’s rare to get such great service over the phone these days. Great food, but even better staff. If you're having trouble with the app, just give them a call—they actually care about getting your order right!

The staff is not professional as i went there to pick up uber order. I asked thrice how long it is gonna take. The guy at the front didn’t respond. Also when i asked fourth time he replied rudely. I dont know why they have rude attitude towards delivery boy. I have wasted 6-7 minutes and still he said 10 more minutes. If he had told me earlier i would not wait for the same order.
Great guy at the front. Just picked up two Pizza we placed online with a offer. Gave us Free Dipping Sauce. Always coming back by the good gesture. Good Luck.

Best experience ever. The lady at the counter listened to my request of making my pizza well done and extra crispy which was taken care of. Also, customer services were great. I'll come again to order my upcoming pizzas here.
