The location in Pickering is a joke. Never waste your money here and go somewhere else. Been going here for years because the food is amazing but they have become penny pinchers. Ordered a rice combo with Butter Chicken as my two curries and literally got 4 small bite sized piece of Chicken and Rice. Basically that means you pay 15 dollars for some rice. SilverSpoon Takeout & Catering offers amazing food, including Tandoori chicken and biryani. Despite some spiciness, the flavors are worth it. The variety on the menu is impressive, with excellent customer service and delivery, even for large orders. The biryani was delicious, and the people there were super nice. Vegetarian options are plentiful, including plain biryani. Their aalu and qeema samosas are phenomenal—fresh, hot, crispy, and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices and texture. The chicken biryani is a favorite, and the customer service is always amazing. The atmosphere and service blend well, although some language barriers were noted. With a generous quantity of food, SilverSpoon is a great choice for delicious takeout meals.
