I was at the restaurant around 1:00 p.m. I loved the service, and the burger was exquisite. There are many toppings to choose from. Without a doubt, I recommend this place; it is very clean, cozy, and offers warm and friendly service. I will be back soon.

Exactly 7 months ago I posted a 5 star review, but now I’m giving a 1 star review, this place has changed drastically, the new store managers are rude and very inconsiderate, when the store is busy I never see them outside helping the staff and also walks around with a clip board or stands by the fryer grill during rushes I wish I had a picture of that to post with it, the workers look tired and look like they hate there jobs, the old management was way better his name was ahmed and we used to have amazing long conversations and when I had a problem with my order he used to rush to my table and figure it out, about 2 weeks ago I got a piece of paper telling me to give them a 5 star review….. the old staff worked for reviews and never asked, the food tastes different as Jaiden and dwanil are not there anymore bhanu is the only one that I see there and I will no longer be coming, sad to see them leave they were the only ones keeping this place alive, They knew every regulars order off the top of there head which is why I always tipped only them when I came in, lots of customers only came because of a few staff members who actually cared about service, When I saw the Audi outside the store I knew that was the best time to come in to see the grill cook Jaiden, Other customers can vouch for Jaiden as well, sad to see this place go downhill, it used to be amazing, I’ll never be coming back,

I don't usually put google reviews but this place I went today at 7pm , omg, Only 2 people working there and just one of them is making all the burgers, fries and even the milkshakes another one is just standing there in the counter. He was doing whatever or nothing I don't know.
so many customers but the boy jumping everywhere. The taller guy was just looking at the cash register.
customers waiting behind me to get their burgers done must've felt the same. The shorter boy was trying his best apologizing after every order done about being late. Doing that he never stopped his kind smile. This is the reason I am even giving this restaurant a 2 star otherwise I would've given a zero.
The date is may 25 Saturday evening I hope concerning people take care of this matter seriously. I never want to give review to anyone but what I saw today was unreal.

Incredible experience at South St. Burger.Excellent burger, delicious and perfectly cooked.We ordered the combo and with the option to create your own burger we filled it with everything we liked.It was huge but perfect.Pleasant atmosphere and fantastic decor.I recommend it and we will be back again.Thank you Robert for the recommendation.

I've been there last Friday the 5th around 8 pm. Have to say guys working there are very friendly. Love the beef burgers, and the fries are super delicious. Forgot to ask there names but yeah I have a great experience in south street burger.
Fries were a little overcooked but the food was great, definitely build your own burger and my lemonade was mostly water. Nice and cozy place. Service was slow
