Linda was fantastic during our lunch at Swiss Chalet! She was so welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness really stood out and Linda always goes above and beyond for us. She was so friendly, quick to help, and made us feel right at home. Excellent service—we’ll definitely be back!

lynn was so helpful and observant serving us our supper. Food was consistently swiss chalet. Tasty, reliable quality without being too "fastfood". the outlet is clearly managed differently than other outlets. floors were not greasy, temperature was warm, bathroom was clean, all areas clean and well taken care of. Staff supported each other throughout our visit and were all friendly. Many locations of swiss chalet in the gta have gone "south" in regards to atmosphere, service, professionalism and PRIDE in what they do. This location provides all of the characteristics that make dining out a pleasure. Thanks to lynn, the manager and the other servers. A meal can be a meal, but a meal CAN be a pleasure, and ours was. Thank you guys.

Went for dinner today. The food was very good, came out nice and hot. Our waitress Kenia showed us all the menu and answered any questions we had. Recommended apps and plates and wines. She was very quick, and very friendly, made us feel very special. We will be back.

I had the most wonderful dining experience thanks to Linda Lam. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She anticipated our needs perfectly, refilling drinks without being asked and offering great recommendations from the menu. Her professionalism and warm personality truly elevated the meal. Linda turned what could have been an ordinary day out into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her by name!

We were an extended family that dined out here on a Friday night. The service and server was excellent, the food tasted great! Our server was Leela and she was extremely friendly and patient with the whole family.
Came in for take-out and was greatly taken care of by Odessa. She was so kind, welcoming and patient. Definitely would come here again due to her amazing service.
