Typically get take out here and always enjoy it. There are a lot of burger places now a days but we always know we can get something good at The Works!

My husband and I dined in on Friday, we both ordered beef burgers. He had to get his remade because it wasn’t made the way he ordered it. They brought out his burger within the next 10 mins after that. Not sure if that burger wasn’t stored properly or was cooked incorrectly but the next morning he was showing signs of food poisoning. Throwing up & diarrhea all day. It’s now Monday & he still has not fully recovered…… I really hope for the sake of others that this is not a reoccurrence, otherwise the health department really should seriously be notified. This hasn’t happened to him since he was a kid. It ruined our whole long weekend .

Food was okay, the fries were barely warm but the sandwich was good.Service was inattentive, had to wave down the server to finally get our bill on a not very busy weekday evening.

We stopped in here for a bite and a drink before heading to see a movie across the street. Everything from the food to service was good...not great but good. The burgers and portions of the sides were a bit smaller than I expected for the price point here, atmosphere felt a bit more like a fast food joint.

Quite literally my favorite place. I am the pickiest eater most people ever meet, yet I've tried 3/4 of their menu (with only beef burgers so far) and LOVED THEM ALL. We've made this our go to Friday meal. The staff is super nice too, always see the same guy who seems to remember us.

Love this place. I had to save up a bit before I could go again. But the food is amazing. Team is great. Gourmet burgers. But they have regular stuff as well. Drinks have gone up...but what hasn't these days?! The bottomless fries were fantastic. I also love the tower of onion rings. Check it out!!

I ordered the maple bacon burger, which is a signature burger crafted by the Pickering crew. Not cheap $24 but probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. The flavours were layered and complex. I could taste each ingredient, and they all complimented each other. The beef patty was juicy and fresh, the bacon and poutine could have stood on their own. At first I thought it was too big, but it was so good, I quickly scarfed down the whole thing. I eat a lot of burgers. This one set the benchmark.
Ordered a 2 for one special off of Uber eats and only one came. Called the restaurant and the guy on the phone said there was nothing he could do. Very disappointed because we used to love this restaurant and I can’t justify going back or ordering ever again.

October 5, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My recent return to The Works, after an extended absence, brought to light the change in ownership that has taken place since my previous visit. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the customer service was outstanding throughout our entire dining experience, from the moment we were seated to the final step of paying our bill.The menu offered an extensive array of selections, and our server was particularly attentive, offering recommendations tailored to our tastes. The food arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and quality.Additionally, I placed an order for takeout for my son, and I was pleased to find that it had been meticulously prepared and packaged with care. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated.I genuinely appreciate the melding of a delightful meal with superb customer service.

Been several years since I visited The WORKS. Nice atmosphere and decor. Great Halloween Decorations also.Ordered the Wrecking Ball 2.0...bacon wrapped cheese ball. Gotta try it. Bacon and Cheese. Tastes good with and without the dip they provide.I've never had a Ceasar salad loaded with so much bacon, it was good and the Bacon Burger from the Chefs selection was really good. The store owner provided recommendations and suggestions he was excellent at our table.We will return.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegan options availableDietary restrictions: Vegan options are available and they can also omit items from a burger if necessary

This is the only burger place i know that offers so many varieties of toppings and side dishes. I have been here quite a few times and always the service has been very good. Their burgers are very underrated though it can be bit on higher end but totally worth it. Good portions and delicious food.Their onion rings are ultimate. Do try their beech house & hotter than hell sauce if you like spicy food.Vegetarian/Vegan & Kids Friendly too.
