I have been a loyal customer at your location for the past three years, and I truly appreciate the quality of your coffee and the excellent service provided by most of your staff.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding one particular staff member. The mid-aged lady with glasses who often works at the drive-thru consistently comes across as rude and unwelcoming. She rarely greets customers with a smile, and her tone makes the interaction feel as though we are inconveniencing her. On multiple occasions, I have also witnessed her scolding fellow staff members while customers are present, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.
As someone with over 20 years of professional experience in customer management, I can confidently say that this behavior does not align with the level of service your brand is known for. While the rest of your team is exceptionally courteous and professional, this staff member would greatly benefit from additional training in customer service and workplace communication.
I am sharing this feedback not to complain, but in the hope that it helps improve the overall customer experience and maintain the excellent reputation your establishment has built.

***Update*** After placing the below complaint, the store manager reached for more information, did some investigation and made things right! It was greatly appreciated.
Waste of time placing mobile orders at this location. They don’t check ahead of time and prepare beverages.
This time I heard a lady say mobile food order was ready to the cashier and it took the cashier another 10 mins to make the coffee to go with it. food was then cold. This is common at this location
Absolutely disgusting. This owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves. The bagels were completely stale, scraped off cream cheese, one worker only, using the same gloves to count money and then serve food. You and your staff need to be retrained or close up shop. Gross.
