Another Tim hortons that I visit on a regular basis. Food is great and service overall is good. Only issue is backed up traffic to get into the parking lot and drive through, And very loud most of the time when ordering, but thats nothing that the store or staff have any control over.

It's Tim Hortons! Not a 5-Star restaurant, but at least you know what you're going to get. The sandwiches are delicious; the doughnuts are tasty; and the coffee... well, to be honest, it's much better than it was when they were owned by Wendy's, but it still hasn't returned to its pre-Wendy's glory. It's still good, though!
As with most Tim Hortons locations, this one was clean; and there's plenty of seating. I was glad that they had public Wi-Fi, because it allowed me to get some work done, while I waited for an appointment.
The only negative that I can think of is that there's insufficient signage for pedestrians to see it from the West side, but at least there's a bus stop nearby.

VK MODERN
This Tim Hortons location is easily one of the worst in Ontario. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they consistently fail to listen to orders. Multiple times they have made fun of me saying I wear a scarf on my head. They seem disengaged and uninterested in working. When mistakes are pointed out, they respond with attitude instead of taking responsibility. Additionally, they refuse to give a tray unless you order more than three or four drinks, and you have to specifically ask for one at the speaker —otherwise, you won’t get one. The management completely doesn’t seem to care about the customer experience. I’ll never return, and I would strongly recommend others avoid this location as well.

Great store! Filled with amazing staff! They work incredibly fast while still delivering amazing customer service. All of my interactions have been nothing short from incredible. Truly a wonderful Team!!
Dietary restrictions: They have several dietary options to cater to those who have restrictions, such as almond milk, Oat Milk and coconut milk.
I ordered a class bagel belt with steak in it and I only got one slice of beef this time, at other Tim Hortons I usually get at least three! This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed a decline in quality, and it’s really disappointing.
Please fix this?
