The award-winning wines are so good that they keep you coming back for the next vintage, or to get more bottles of the current vintage if they're still available. Winemaker Andrew continues to crush it (no pun intended), putting his Masters of Chemistry degree to great use. “Had an absolutely lovely tasting experience here this afternoon! Got to try 6 different wines, all delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly but not pushy at all. Tasting area was quiet and relaxed and lovely to rest and sip. Loved our experience. Left with two bottles for home as well! Can’t recommend more! 🍷“

“We finally made it out to Cape Vineyards. It’s as far east as you can possibly go on the island. It’s the furthest winery east. We were pleasantly surprised. The wines were great as was the cider. And don’t get me started on the wine slushy! 😆 The surrounding grounds were pleasant and comfortable and you can you can today hello to the goats. If you’re lucky you might run into one of the resident cats called Sidney. So cute!! 😎👍“

As for the venue itself - Waupoos is truly stunning and you will not regret booking your wedding here. The backdrop of Lake Ontario and vineyards is absolutely stunning and multiple guests commented on how beautiful it all was. Plus, the food is some of the best I have ever had (and Chef accommodated my gluten and dairy allergy + everyone else’s restrictions/preferences as well). People are still talking about his brisket! Seriously, we could not have asked for anything more and 100% recommend Waupoos Estates!“
