We were a family of 11 people and stumbled upon this gem during our drive around Port Carling. First off, it was a rainy day and fresh crispy pizzas were what we needed.
Brilliant thin crust pizzas with wow flavors.. we had a lot of preferences among the gang and the toppings suited all of us.. GBC was a top hit for the party esp the garlic aioli they offered 😋
Cluck norris was fabulous with the rich arugula salad topping. Happy that the kids loved the balsamic reduction.
The halloumi pizza was light on the stomach and fresh 👌
The non vegetarians in the group also enjoyed the Veggilante. The basil pesto was spot on 👌
In the far end of the table the Muskoka pie was being quickly eaten and the Tsunami was fab for the guy with the tomato allergies.
Too many words I know, but one takeaway …

Great toppings, freshly made and brilliant hospitality 👏🏼
Can’t wait to visit again.

Had the Muskoka pie, GBC. We were 12 people on the table and everyone ordered something different. It is rare that everyone on the table emphatically go.. these are some great pizzas. Its a 2 hour drive from Toronto but we will be back for sure!!! Its a must visit when in town!!!

Had a tsunami flung at my table by the server. Literally landed upside down and sprayed the sauce etc on the table and also on my clothing.

Parking lot isn’t marked or paved, and the pizza crust is sloppy resulting in the flying pizza and toppings (not in a good way). Lacks adequate bases for the toppings they are going for.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Great pizza with lots of different options including no tomato sauce selections. Service was amazing. They were packed to the door but the server made every effort to get us a seat and make sure everything was good. Butter tart with ice cream is a must have finished.

Had the stinky pie, it was so flavourful and unique. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Was there tonight with our hockey group from the local arena. The waitress was great. Happy, knowledgeable and on point. We showed up a little late and everything was very good and seamless. Will definitely let family and friend know that this is the go to place in Port Carling... And by the way, pizzas are amazing. See you soon.

PI Wood Fired Pizza in Muskoka is, without a doubt, the best wood-fired pizza I’ve ever had. It’s so good that I’d genuinely drive all the way from Toronto just to have it again and that says everything.
Every pizza here is insanely flavorful. The crust is perfectly charred, light, and crisp, while the toppings are fresh, bold, and incredibly well balanced. This is easily some of the most flavorful pizza I’ve ever tasted.
If you’re going, don’t miss the Tsunami, Muskoka Pi, and The Fungi with Bacon each one brings something unique and absolutely delivers. And honestly, just trust Marty with the recommendations you won’t go wrong.
If you're anywhere near Muskoka, this spot is a must. Even if you’re not… it’s still worth the drive.

Nice service and atmosphere, and the pizza was tasty, but my margherita had a black fly in it and I ended up with diarrhea later that night. Disappointing experience, so I won’t be returning.

Great spot for pizza lovers in Port Carling!
The Wood Fired Pizza serves up delicious, freshly made pies with that perfect smoky crust you can only get from a real wood oven. The ingredients taste fresh, and the toppings are generous. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming — great for a casual lunch or dinner by the water. Service can be a bit slow during busy hours, but it’s worth the wait for the quality of the food. Definitely a must-try when you’re in Port Carling! 🍕🔥
