used to be 5 stars.... now the service and quality of the food has gone down. we had chicken dinners lastnite and there were hardly any fries and the dinner rolls were so hard and stale that we couldn't even chew them. most of our dinner went in the garbage. do better .

After new ownership took over the food quality has gone completely down hill. I just went in to get chicken noodle soup. I got 2 bowls of broth with chunks of dark meat/fatty bits. Not a single noodle in either bowl. I had to order and pay for buns that used to come with the soup that are rock hard and completely inedible. This is the 3rd time getting the soup like this since the ownership change. I guess it’s my fault for going back and giving it another shot.

A reliable Harvey's! It's nice that it's summer so the tomatoes don't look as anemic lol Only complaint is their front door is extremely difficult to open!!!! I have to put my entire weight behind it, and may actually have bruised my leg trying to just get out 😆 I think there's a air pressure issue inside that leads to it wanting to suction shut, but even the disability button won't open it so they really need to fix this!
I keep coming back to this location because their customer service is consistently outstanding. The staff is always friendly, approachable and ready to help, making each visit a pleasant.
