They don't have Hot and Ready's period in my opinion. Corporate needs to investigate. My family has been there 7 times in the past. Never had anything ready (around dinner time)Waited for a hot and ready 3 and digressed 4 times. I spoke with Taylor when ordering who informed me the 7th time that nothing was available(litterley nothing such as other options) I than called and spoke to Sam who told me they have a strict 2-3 pizza hot and ready policy.

Great food great value..i will say the hot n ready items can be hit and miss for freshness so I always recommend people to call ahead and order a freshly made item for the same price. Always get delicious fresh food this way never had a problem..Little disappointed they started charging $2 for crazy crust tho.. Being able to get it free was always a great bonus that made Ceasars stand out as not extra greedy to me..I think $1 would be a fair upcharge for a medium anyway. But still a great place for a quick and cost friendly quality meal.

Awful service.I placed my order at drive thru and waited at the window for 10 minutes until the employee came to accept payment. Could not see anyone inside, even at the indoor counter. Not sure how this location stays in operation.As far as the pizza goes - it’s what you’d expect from any little ceasars.

I have gone to Little Caesars to get a couple of iced tea and naturally there is none in the cooler so I asked for an orange crush and there is none of that in the cooler also, I spoke to one of the girls and they told me that the owner will not replace anything in the cooler until everything in the back shelves are empty. This being said, I know the place is being sold and these owners are giving the new owners a business that they’re going to have to bring back up to par. I do not understand why they cannot supply the public with what they want. I have gone in there numerous times to sit, and the place is filthy the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a month and some of the table still have food on them from the night before. Why on the owners, sister sits and has a coffee her husband .Very poor example of a Canadian business owner. I will not be going back there until after the new people take ownership. Stopped by to pick up dinner for the kids at work and the owner was the sweetest ever! Not only did she work with her husband and kids, but gave ALL her employees the day off so they could attend canal days! She ended up giving us a few free items which made the kids day! We didn’t catch her name, but shoutout to her, her husband and both their sons both little and big for having such great customer service!
Fix your hours! Says your open to 9. Get there 8:15 and your shut right down. Every time we get a pizza it is never cut all the way through and is way over cooked. Your never hot and ready....have to wait on average 10 mins to get 1 pepperoni pizza. Staff are unfriendly and appear to hate their job. Would rather drive out if town to another little ceasers as they all have WAY better service and food.

You're better off going to any of the other 18 pizza places in Port as they will be better, faster, and only for a marginally different price.The second last time I went here for crazy bread I received it and it was incredibly hard, as if it was stale. I assumed it was a fluke.A couple weeks later I ordered the same and AGAIN it was hard, not even edible. This time I decided to bring it back and politely asked how this keeps happening and the woman at the counter said "sometimes it's just old". They made me a fresh batch, but I don't intend on going back ever again.
