The food continually gets mistaken or forgotten etc. They do normally try and replace it (you have to go back and get it). However my biggest complaint over cold food, forgotten food etc is when you sit in the drive thru and they let you sit there while taking cars in the other lane over and over again. It happens WAY to often in Port Colborne. I get 1 car but 2 , 3 ,4 cars while saying hello. Come on guys do better. I am polite, tip and try to be understanding but enough is enough

Went with family for breakfast, they mixed up my order that I placed.
We called at 10:55 AM and spoke with an agent who said come anytime and state my name. We then return next day sept 28 12:20
ON SHIFT MANAGER basically accused me of lying, said that’s not possible, I didn’t call, she didn’t speak with me. She cut me off during conversation and I was nice, polite despite them messing up my order. So much attitude and unprofessional from a Manger who specialises in customer care.

Also told me toasters not working, she never spoke to me etc etc

They need to retrain manager on customer service, friendliness and professionalism!!

I only have 1 stars for food because I tried the MCveggie. As a vegetarian I'm so disappointed. It was not good. It looked good but had NO flavor. Actually it did, it tasted like deep fryer grease. Won't buy it again. The fries as usual were good.

Had the new McVeggie (spicy) and it might be my favorite menu item. I could see real veggies in it.patty is thicker than most meat patties too. For a medium meal with fries and a drink, only $11 and change after taxes.

McDonald’s coffee is my favourite fast food coffee. However, the location in Port Colborne has such poor customer service I don’t even want to drink it. They are extremely slow at getting your order together, the drive thru wait is always unbearable and they don’t even apologize for the wait or even thank you for waiting while they take 10 mins to pour a black coffee. The attitude they give you there is as if they are annoyed you have come in to do business with them. It’s been like this for years there, that store needs a corporate re-train on service
