If you're looking for a reliable fast food experience, McDonald's is not the place. Time and time again, they've messed up my order—whether it's forgetting key items, giving the wrong food, or making it wrong altogether. It’s frustrating because you expect a quick and easy meal, but instead, you're left with a half-done order or, worse, have to waste your time going back to fix their mistakes. The staff seems disorganized, and no matter how many times I check my order at the counter or drive-thru, or have it delivered, it still ends up wrong. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else that values your time and money. McDonald's has consistently dropped the ball, and it’s not worth the frustration.

Unbelievable take out order. Drive through order, first was the staff's attitude when we tried to change a drink on the order. The order had so many issues: -no straws -ordered no pickles but got them anyway so ruined the taste -burgers were so over cooked the tomato/onions were thicker than the patty -fruitopia was so watery, it wasn't nice to drink. Will drive across town to Wendy's next time. Rarely go to McDonalds anymore as the quality has gone downhill and price is higher than ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!

Jen is AMAZING. She’s always so happy and positive, love her energy. Came in tonight with 3 other people and we all got everything perfect. Then they got absolutely smashed with so many people coming in and Jen was handling it like an absolute pro. She’s such a delight.

Extremely difficult to find the entrance to restaurant parking from Main St. West. No street lights near entrance/exit either making it a huge challenge to locate. Please franchisee owner put light bulbs in the entrance/exit signs. It's been like this for months!

Was not very impressed with the quality food from this location. Your pride and joy is your fries and everytime I order it its cold and ends up in trash.. the food here is also warm never ever hot hot.. the McDonald's in new Brunswick the food is always hot hot. This store in port colborne not very good.

This McDonald’s will make you pull up and wait 10 minutes for your food regardless of what you order and when. If it’s more than a coffee, you’re waiting. It’s genuinely laughable at this point. Brutal service, just go to Tim Hortons down the street.
