What I ordered:two double cheeseburgers with no onions, two double cheeseburgers with no mustard and extra pickles, and one medium fry..What I got:two double cheeseburgers with no onions, a double cheeseburgers with no mustard, no onions, and extra pickles, a mcdouble with no mustard and extra pickles, and no fries..Not too happy about that and won't be returning.. I never even ordered a mcdouble and they didn't put onions on my cheeseburger plus no fries that I paid for.. not to mention that I had to sit in the drive-thru for like 10 mins trying to explain my order and each time they got it wrong.. ??♀️??♀️??♀️

Generally, they are great. I go often for breakfast. The staff is absolutely lovely to deal with however - there are quite a few times mistakes are had with orders. So that’s why the mid range review. Still a million times better than any Tim Hortons in town, and will continue to go regularly.When I have the time to get my order corrected they always do so happily without question.

Go to McDonalds New Year's day, placed my families order. I sit in the drive thru for a little over twenty minutes for 5 cars ahead of me. A long wait in the drive-thru by anyone's standards, but it's New Year's and very likely short staffed, I get it. I get my order and take it home, no hash browns.I call and am told that McDonalds will replace my entire order for my troubles. They take my name and I can have the entire meal replaced whenever.Fast forward today, go for my replacement meal and am told they are only replacing one meal and that will be 40 odd dollars. Not impressed at all, I pay it. Get my meal home, hash browns are undercooked and my egg BLT's that were supposed to get on bagels, were on English muffins.That does it for me, I'll never be back!
