For one the app is never functioning right and for some reason you can't just order something and then pay when you get there it's just not worth the trouble there's no option on the app to get your receipt afterwards and add up your points or none of the above I just find it pointless to have an app if you're not going to have the all the options available

I had an interaction with Harjot. She was very polite and did amazing job. She has great customer service skills and amazing communication skills.
I would recommend to try new sandwiches.
