Was in Sunday night last week. Bread is always fresh and sub is always perfect. Just want to say tho there was someone infront of me that was pretty rude to the server. Maybe try being a little nicer to them. That's free you know.

I visited there Tuesday night and I have worst experience which I would like to share. The Girl working there from Niagara falls was so rude, she don’t even have a manners how to talk with a customer. Sorry to say but you guys have good food but you lost 1 customer because of bad customer service.

The women working was very dismissive of customers and refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted or my friends. I think she either needs a break, sleep or attitude adjustment. Wish her and the store all the best if that is going to continue though.

Kinda disappointed, I ordered 2 subs and received one as a 6 inch instead of the 12 inch. I called the number listed and some random elderly man answered who had no clue what I was talking about. So I decided to drive back and advise them of the error. When i got there all they did was give me the other 6inch half, and she also kept the receipt so I could not send a review to the company. Now by the time I got back home everyone else was already finished eating and the first half was somewhat soffy.not satisfied!

I came to order around 9:40 pm and i was asking about breads… the worker told me that we are about to close.. it was like dont ask… but i liked to eat subway and ordered.. it was the worst subway service ever!!!

Waited well over 10 mins and only have 30’min lunch horrible time to leave your store, and probably not even something your allowed todo you lost a loyal customer and post won’t let me show photo of sign on your door saying back in 10 minutes

Every time I come here the owner treats me poorly.Today instead of hello first up the cashier said "What do you want".Kept asking me for cheese when I said no cheese.Asked for bacon, would not listen.Gave me barely any chicken and when owner tried to tell me more chicken is double meat. Sick of poor management here and will never return.I am just a human trying to eat lunch. Some people think they are better than everyone.PS: owners wife did add more chicken as she made me the same wrap last night. She is very nice.
