This is a local favourite so I thought I would try it out. Food was average for bacon and eggs. I asked for rye, no butter, got brown, buttered. No biggie. It was the service that bothered me. I am not sure if it because we weren’t regulars, but we were waved to a table when we came in, it took some time to drinks, questions were answered with ‘ya’. My husband and I live in Port colborne and love to go to breakfast every once in a while! We have tried Breakast Barn time and time again. Each time I always have the same complaint... the service sucks. Food is good and prices are reasonable but there are better breakfast locations in Port related to service.
Really cute diner that’s family run by some hard working ladies. Service is always spot on even when it’s busy. I travel and dine out a lot and this restaurant is top tier for service and food is great. Very attentive staff that really enjoy their jobs and it shows. Keep up the great work, I would highly recommend Breakfast barn.
