Food is GREAT.
Service is always friendly.
We like sitting by the windows because there's a great view of the water.
We go often because of the food. Everything on the menu is good. Tastes good and reasonably. prices.

We arrived at 8:00 p.m., just as the shop was closing, but we were immediately welcomed with open arms. The staff insisted their ovens were still 'red hot' and that they would be happy to take our order, ensuring we didn't miss out on a great meal.
We initially ordered a Hawaiian and a Roman Pepperoni but just after paying, I realized I wanted to switch the Roman to a Spicy Diavalo. I told the cashier, 'Don't worry about changing the bill since the Spicy Divalo is cheaper than the Roman,' but when the food came out, the kitchen had accidentally prepared the Roman instead. I told them, 'It’s okay, that’s my bad—I should have specified the Spicy Divalo from the start. We’ll just take these and go; I don’t want to take any more of your time.'
The staff wouldn't accept that as a solution and insisted I take a seat. They told me, 'You are not going anywhere without the pizza you wanted—we’ll have it out in two minutes.' They quickly corrected the order and insisted we keep the extra pie at no charge, as a gesture of goodwill.
To top it all off, they asked if we liked cookies and surprised us with three warm, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies on the house. The hospitality we experienced went above and beyond, making this an truly unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back!

Wife and I came here and had a New York Thin and a Tuscan Balsamic and both were incredible not to mention the service friendly. Definitely will come back

Jewel, Jess and Kristen were amazing!!!

During my dining at The Lock Wood Fired Pizza, it was extremely busy, and yet they still managed to get the job done, to a high degree, barely enough serving space to bring people their food, but the entire staff had it on lock.

Food came out exactly as asked, and tasted perfect; absolutely indelible. Whenever I needed servicing, it was given to me right away. Everybody that is in this workplace are very personable, friendly and efficient!

Thank you for such a great dining experience on a terribly packed day. I do not know how you guys do it.

Will be coming back again 6 Stars.

I came here for the margarita pizza. Ingredients are fresh. I love that they put a nice handful of basil on the pizza instead of eight leaves (One per slice) Like every other place I've been. Service was fantastic and the pricing is very reasonable! They gave me a carnation for Mother's Day as well! I will definitely be back!

Place was packed but the waitress kept her smile and never lacked on our service. Due to tje waitress being so busy and ourselves forgetting we put an order for takeout that was paid for, I called the following day and without any question the food was made for us and we picked it up .
I would highly recommend going in if your looking for amazing pizza, outstanding apps and a great atmosphere.

The food is amazing but that waitress was just toooo loud . I ordered 2 more pizzas and when I was paying I noticed that she is charging me only for one. When I said that I ordered two,she kinda said that they made a mistake in the kitchen. Even though I was waiting more than half an hour, missed my break and got out a bit frustrated. Overall, please pay more attention to the clients than the sound of your voice. Listen and you can still be bubbly K.

I have a new favourite pizza place in Niagara. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The menu selections for the pizza, while having the traditional favourites, had some items that I haven't seen before...like the garlic and parmesan crust ( I combined it with sesame seeds....sooooo good). Pizza came out quick and it was so delicious. Light and fluffy and full of flavour. Staff was extremely friendly, too. Can't wait until we go back.
