This was our first time at the lock, some friends suggested we try their pizza. First of all the air conditioner was so high it felt like it was going to snow. The service was slow but friendly, to be fair it was quite busy and so we felt that was a good sign about the food. We ordered 3 pizzas and we'd rate the pizza a 6/10. Most likely won't go back. Gave 4 stars for overall rating because our server was sweet but gave service a 3 because while we were eating our food that took 45 minutes, there was another server who was stacking chairs and spraying tables, not the best atmosphere to eat in.

Buffalo chicken was dry and a bit burnt, Italiano would be better named Saltiano, saltiest sandwich I've ever eaten. I'm not sure the bread should be that hard, since the roof of my mouth feels beat up from eating those sandwiches.
Read good reviews figured we would try the Lock. Ordered pizza each, both thin crust and crispy, mine was ok but bacon crumbs, wife’s was so soggy in what appeared to be oil !!! Inedible, they did take it off our bill, but ruined the dinner out. One patron leaving, i guess a local said you have order specific style depending on the time , really Don’t think a return is in the future
My friend and I went to The Lock Wood Fired Pizza for the first time this evening. It was excellent and I’m glad I listened to those who had been recommending it to me. My friend had a calzone and I had the buffalo paesano pizza with blue cheese on top and thin crust. So, so, good! The waitress was lovely and we had a seat by the window so we could watch the canal. We noticed after that there is an enclosed patio where we would sit next time. Food is reasonably priced and there are generous portions.
Great pizza
Fantastic experience as always. The kids loved the chips. The Wife loved the Gluten-free Pizza and I'm a big fan of the Chicken Parmesan sandwich! Our server April was great. Will definitely be coming back!

Great food. Comfortable place to dine.
Good food, good service , easy parking, friendly and attentive staff. The service did not try to upsell us the large salad saying that the small salad was big enough to share. We enjoyed our meal.

Tried the breakfast pizza was surprisingly delicious ? no red sauce, but a little hot sauce on the side that I could partake and friend not. A beer and a great view of the canal with a cruise ship docked. Excellent .
