Today I stopped by this Tim Hortons with my Granddaughter, we were served by a girl name Mia (I think that’s her name), and we had amazing service. All though we did end up waiting a bit longer for our sandwiches than we would have liked, we could tell the staff were trying their best. Ended up leaving a tip which I rarely do, bravo.
I had a three hour drive after the NHL game in Buffalo and decided to stop at a TIMS to get a late night coffee. Melissa’s friendly voice greeted my friend and I thru the speaker. At the window, her smile matched the positivity we experienced when we ordered. She represented your company very well! If I am ever in that area again, I definitely would stop in!

I stop by here often and even when there's an issue, it's always handled very well. Just please make sure you know the difference between chipotle sauce and habanero. I lost my breakfast after I realized too late that the spice was A LOT more than I anticipated

As a business owner I understand that sometimes things go wrong in your day to day operations and that reaching out to find out how you can do better in the future is imperative. I appreciate this and I will give them another try next time I am in the area.
Zero stars 14 minutes in drive through for one coffee!! Ridiculous
