I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I come here every single day, at least once or twice, and have always been a loyal customer. This morning, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and bagel. When I pulled up to the window, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I politely explained to the staff member that I would be back shortly to pay and pick up my order.
Before I could even finish, the manager came to the window and spoke to me very rudely, as if I was asking for free food — which I never did. I clearly said I would be coming back with my wallet. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional, unnecessary, and very disappointing, especially considering how often I support this location.
I understand mistakes happen, but treating a loyal, paying customer with disrespect is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and improves their customer service.

Well it's not your typical Singh Hortons like in Central Ontario..it's run properly..and coffees is good ..unlike ones in durham region..who can't burn water if they try

Went through the drive through to get 2 large lattes. Paid, the. They asked us to pull around to wait. We waited and after 5 min a worker comes out to tell us the machine is down. Unfortunately we were in a bit of a time crunch so basically had to eat the cost of those lattes and leave empty handed. Nothing like donating $10.00 to a billion dollar corporation first thing in the morning!

Ordered 2 ice coffee’s but noticed when I got home and took a drink that they hadn’t added the sugar syrup!! Both just had the cream but no syrup. Where do they get these people and who trains them? They weren’t even that busy. If I wasn’t already home I would have taken them back and had them to redo them. And why is your response always go to such and such website to contact us? When you get this many complaints you need to do something about it instead of directing them to go to a website. You’re the owner, take some responsibility.

I came in couple weeks ago to visit the restaurant was in the area and this Tim Hortons is by far one of the best in the area. Friendly staff and overall look of the restaurant is top tier!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. I got a classic lemonade yesterday, and it was full of bugs. Fruit flies and a worm. The worm was alive. I am so grossed out I am never going back again. That is so unsanitary. (Not all bugs shown in the picture)
