I had a mobile order for the loaded scrambled eggs and sausage on a croissant I was getting two of them for my kids for lunches when I got to the window the guy said they only had one sausage do I want the other one of bacon I said okay that's fine. When I got home they're both bacon no scrambled eggs it was both fried eggs my kids won't touch the fried eggs. I work in Port night so I got it on Main Street when I got to Welland and waiting to put it in their lunches what a surprise my son took the egg off his and took it in his lunch and my daughter won't touch it. So now I have one that won't it doesn't have a lunch and the other one that has not what he wants

Absolutely disappointed, someone explain to me why I pay 5$ for a large icecapp and they can't even come with a decent lid that fits... oui, like i order a drink and a sandwich, my sandwich is grilled and they still dont know how to put it in a panini press and squish it, like if your going to up the price on items make sure your still serving quality products. Truly disappointed what do we pay so much money for convince & corporate marketing.

Very bad experience at 5:55 pm just now picked up 10 pack timbits she gave me 8 when we notified she argued that we ate it .owner has to take action against that lady . For tea they filled it up all the way full that burned my hand

I requested to put the blind up so I could keep an eye out on our motorcycles. And they wouldn’t put it up as they are not allowed because the owner said so. Spoke with manager and said the same thing. AC was not very good either. Not impressed with this location and finding all the Tim’s are getting worse

Nice people. They take the time to connect with regulars and make small talk. The turkey bacon club was delicious. Running a franchise store is tough and these people try hard.

You guys do a good job for the most part. Fairly good customer service. However I don't think you are doing the chi-tea correctly. You are supposed to put the boiling water on the bag so it can be drawn then add the milk instead of putting the milk first on the bag. That makes absolutely no sense. And please stop serving cold and Luke warm. I like it hot so I can sip it instead of on gulp. Come on now. I have gone to stores where even 4×4 is hot. Let's keep up the high standards.
