I have to say iv been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 40 years the last couple of years it has gone downhill. The service is pretty good but the food every day my sandwich is different the bacon teaser is overcooked and crispy as hell or not cooked at all the tomatoes are thick and juicy one day the next day they're thinning crappy one day there's a nice amount of lettuce the next day there's none not to mention the sandwiches I'll put together all terribly I don't know I thought I had to say something after 40 Years of coming here and it's just awful the last two years see what the donut series are hard or not cooked I got a bad chocolate milk once coffees aren't sure I can go on and on the owner of the store needs to be there or have somebody get that place in the shape I realize how busy they are but I'm surprised I'm sorry to give the bad review but somebody had to say something or nobody's going to fix it the staff is very nice they just got to do their job better

They allowed someone who was cleary ill and actively throwing up at work to continue working and then fired them once they left because they were throwing up IN THE TIM HORTONS near everyone’s food and such. Never thought going home to prevent cross contamination was worth firing someone over but I guess to Tim Hortons it is. Please be cautious if you ordered anything from the Tim Hortons on 02-11-2024 as an employee was physically ill on the premises and was fired for leaving to protect the health of coworkers and customers. Knew Tim Hortons employment was bad but that’s just horrible.

My order is usually a large french vanilla, or a double double. The FV is heavily watered down, to save the owner $$ i'm assuming, and the double double never tastes like it should, based on how other locations make it, which is tastey.

Coffee was terrible. Bitter. I ordered the Baileys coffee and couldn't even taste the Bailey'sDietary restrictions: Sugar free options.maybe even sugar free hot chocolate with Splenda and a donut with Splenda. So hard watching people eat regular donuts

Went here each morning while staying in Port Colborne for the weekend. First day I went in and was greeted by friendly staff, second day I went through the drive thru. Again greeted by friendly staff. Got both orders in a timely manner. Everything was correct. Only complaint is they didn't cut my daughters bagel either time.

Service was quality kitchen was not, wrong meat on the breakfast sandwich. Menu is smaller, under stocked in pastry’s. Unfortunate but not the worst.PS might want to cover the bin of smile cookies if there’s people dining less than 6ft away…

I've had some rather disappointing experiences at Tim Hortons recently. The takeout service has been consistently subpar, and the quality of the food is quite inconsistent – it's a hit or miss. What's more frustrating is that about 50 percent of the time, my coffee order is not what I actually asked for. It's clear that the staff is often in a rush, pushing through the long lines, and by the time you realize that your coffee is not right, it's too late to turn back. It's unfortunate because Tim Hortons used to be a reliable choice, but lately, the lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is disheartening. ☕?

This Tim hortons location in port colborne is hands down the most delightful environment.Their team works together very responsibly and are able to communicate professionally in the kitchen safely.The staff are very friendly and patient, all my orders were served correctly!Walk in orders are served in a timely manner.The drive thru is also great service for when you are on the go.The food and drink is great!This location goes above and beyond!Keep up the good work!If you are in the port colborne area I highly recommend this tim hortons location!
