Broasted chicken was good - just like always but the beef on bun terrible. Bun was freezer burnt - would have complained but waitress never came back - usually great food but missed the mark this time.

This place used to be a family favourite of ours, but lately, the quality has just gone way down.
We started with a bruschetta bread appetizer. Somehow, the toast was soggy yet the feta was burnt. Then, we had a broasted chicken meal, a chicken souvlaki dinner, and a hot turkey sandwich. The broasted chicken and hot turkey both came with brown gravy, which was an odd flavour combination. The turkey itself and the broasted chicken were both juicy and well cooked though. The mashed potatoes were very bland as well - no butter or salt at all - and our side of “fresh” vegetables, turned out to be frozen peas. The chicken souvlaki dinner had great sides, but the chicken was slightly undercooked. The food had its problems, but was mostly salvageable.
The service however, was not. It took quite a while to get a table, then even longer to get asked for drinks. Once our food was delivered, we didn’t see the server again for a while. Overall just very slow service. Unfortunately, probably won’t be back here.

This was our first visit.
Charming atmosphere, loved the rough brick walls, wooden floors, wooden bar, big street facing windows and fabric checkered tablecloths

Service was great when it was great... We were seated right away, drink orders taken, food order taken.
Food arrived in 20 minutes and then we didn't see our waitress for almost an hour.
We ended up staying over an hour and a half for lunch which was longer than we would have preferred.
I'm not sure where our waitress disappeared to for so long, (the restaurant was not busy.)
It would have been nice had she checked in with us after our receiving food.

Had we seen our waitress again, we would have ordered some beer to go with our meal. I liked that the menu listed all the beers available, with their prices and it was a good selection.

Lamb burger was small-ish but perfectly cooked (tender but without lovely crisp edge), Greek salad was nice. Two-piece fish and chips was filling, (a lot of batter coating) and the oil and vinegar coleslaw was balanced.

It's a great location, you can maybe find parking around the side or back about a block away. Big menu with lots of choices, and two separate dining room areas which was nice because that would probably cut down on noise if it was busy.

We love Neptunes. The best Greek food and small town vibes. The Saganaki is our favourite and we order every time. Love when the patio opens.

We booked a reservation for Mothers Day for 5 pm. We sat at our table for 20 minutes. Not 1 waitress even asked us if we wanted something to drink. 3 waitresses walked by our table like we were not even there. Terrible Service. We got up and walked out. We ended up going to Wendy's, everything else was booked up. We have been there before with no issues. We won't go back.

This place is great. I've only been there a half dozen times, never ordered the same dish twice, and have been equally satisfied each time. Perch, Broasted Chicken, Liver n Onions, Double Cheeseburger, the list goes on. The milkshakes are thick and real good. Service is always friendly and accommodating. Nice views in a comfortable setting. Will be back.

First time eating there and it was delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

Pretty disappointing when a restaurant won’t update their hours when people will drive a fair distance after hearing good things….brutal.

Was looking forward to the Prime Rib Dinner from reviews and pic on website. Ordered med. was overcooked and mostly fat! Service was also bad. Definitely disappointing!

Couldn't choose between 3 - waitress advised prime! 2 others were priced 21.95 and 22.95. prime wasn't advertised price on menu but was immediately below turkey dinner @ $22.95 - so I assumed as waitress didn't mention. Price shock when bill came. And my partner's gyro barely had meat on it - very disappointed. We won't be back.
