Went to go grab a poutine and a spicy chicken wrap with onions and pickles at 1030 and when I get home to eat it the chicken looked like it’s bin sitting for days and it wasn’t even spicy chicken and to add to it there was no onions or pickles on it, this place is horrible at night I wouldn’t go cause they suck

Super friendly staff. Jenny was working and was excellent! She even asked if we wanted our frosty after we ate our lunch.
She also gave us a cup of warm water to warm our baby’s bottle!

My husband and I went to Wendy's late at night a few days ago, and despite how night service is usually slow, this place is always super quick. Food was hot, and really fresh. The girl at the window, I think her name was Abby, took our order on drive thru. Every time we see her she has a huge smile on her face and she's just a genuine pleasure to talk to. Will come again.
Ordered 4 medium Frostys, 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. This what I got. As the girl handed them to me, I stated that they were not full, the girl smiled and closed the drive through window in my face after I gave a nice tip.

Ellen from your store has the worst customer service skills possible. She proceeded to hand me four drinks when I told her I only ordered three she says well it says four so I poured for it. She didn’t say oh I’m sorry. Let me fix that for you. Can I give you your money back and proceeds to hand me the four drinks.

So decided to give wendys a chance (for 3rd time) tryng to keep business in port..well walked in everyone behind the counter was talking and laughing didn't make an effort to help us. When they did the flies were awful..the floor by the pop was so sticky you could almost walk outta your shoes ..had to ask for the staff to wash a table so we could sit. Come on big name restaurant DO FREAKING BETTER ? so ?
