Such a difference from always going to Mcdonals or Burger king ....even though B.K is my fav ...I always loved Wendy's baked potatoes...always on their game. Plus the delightful service I was greeted before actually ordering or standing in silence for 20 FULL SECONDS!!! Not 1 issue nor complaint....Thx WENDYS for our lil nite to get something to eat after a stressful day.Dietary restrictions: For what it's worth if your looking for takeout anywhere besides subway ...I doubt diets ain't really your thing...so I'll at least say their burgers look alot fresher they have real toppings ...nothing dehydrated

The asiaga is my favorite sandwich there. However on Friday night Oct 20 2023I had one and just after eating it I have been having tummy aches non-stop. Something definitely went wrong this time. Very disappointed.

The Wendy's in Port Colborne is awesome! It's super clean and the food is consistent. The teen girl at the counter - Lindsay is very friendly and always greets customers with a smile, even when they're really busy!

Honestly their food is good and the only reason as to why I’m giving two stars. The service of today needs to get better. I usually walk right in and order but lately, the service needs to get better from being in person to online. I ordered from DoorDash the second time at Wendy’s, first time was good but for today, I literally ordered not long ago and I had a question for them and I understand rush time during lunch time but honestly I called 7 times just now to have them answer a question and they never picked up the phone.They didn’t even pick up and asked if I could be on hold to see what I wanted either. This honestly is ridiculous. The customer service man, honestly please fix it, there are other reviews that aren’t good either.

Ordered 4 large strawberry frosties for the family, they tried to give me chocolate. Then the girl came to the window not to apologize, but to tell me that's what i ordered and began an argument. The other employees were obviously embarrassed. Never been treated like that at a drive thru before. The customers ahead of me clearly had issues too. Won't be back to this location.
