Absolutely terrible service last night going through the drive thru. We were behind 1 car waiting 10 minutes, got to the window and waited another 25 minutes for 4 ice creams and an order of fries. While waiting we could see the young workers fooling around chasing each other behind the counter. We ordered 2 blizzards, one being a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with no strawberry in it, ordered a chocolate shake and got chocolate milk and the sundae had very very little sauce in it while the last blizzard came out melted. Don’t think to go through if you are in a hurry. Always a long wait.

Terrible reliability. Half the time they aren’t open during the hours claimed. Also everything takes forever. Never been through the drive through in less than 20min. I’ve been stuck in the drive through for up to 35 min before. They need to have the cars whose orders take a long time brought out to the clients in the parking lot the same way McDonald’s does. That way the people that just want ice cream or something quick don’t have to wait for burgers and fried chicken to be cooked for each of the 3 cars in front taking 10 min each. Just terrible management.

Took my grandson through the drive-thru I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the hamburger and fries were I definitely will be back my little grandson doesn't eat many things but he munched down that food LOL thanks dairy Queen. The lady on the microphone was extremely helpful because I really wasn't too up on their menu and she pointed out a few different things that worked out very well for us both.

I recently ordered a cake well picking it up. I was informed that I could have gotten a seniors discount because I ordered it on Thurs if I had paid for it. Which I gladly would have if the woman had told me! I was also told there were coupons I could have used. I could have saved a lot of money! I paid 51.00 for the cake, and it will be the last time I go there with my grandchildren. You really shouldn't do business like that. Mostly when everyone is having such a hard time.

It’s 5:30 on Halloween in Port Dover. The dine in section is closed with only drive thru. They are out of Crispy Chicken - can you believe it?? We are not happy and we don’t even have our food yet !!

Nice people/staff. But the slowest serving Dairy Queen in Ontario!
Service was good. It’s close to Port Dover Beach, maybe 10-15 minutes walking distance not even probably and maybe a 2-5 minute driving distance, making a convenient. The service was pretty solid, no complaints, things were moving pretty quickly and the people on shift were polite. Best Choco brownie extreme blizzard I’ve ever had, was chocolate at the bottom too, meaning it was mixed really well, which is honestly a Dairy Queen rarity, so props to the person who made mine. No complaints, was a good experience.

The only issue we had was that the sign stated they were open until 11. That apparently is only for the drive thru not the actual restaurant. Maybe they should post a sign stating the hours for the restaurant and hours for the drive
