We'd. Jan. 14th, I went through the drive thru of the Dairy Queen in Port Dover. The lady at the drive thru window was super nice . She was very friendly, seems to enjoy her job and gave me some coupons for further visits. These seem like small things but I must say I was very impressed with her service. My daughter and I both mentioned on the way home how pleasant she was and how nice it was to see someone actually care about their customers. I wish I had gotten her name...read full review
Have the person who does the hiring accept the fact they are a terrible read of people's work ethic, and hire someone who will bring in employees who appreciate having a job.
Recently purchased a meal combo and wanted a side order of onion rings. What I found in the bag was a cold hamburger with no cheese and two orders of french fries but no onion rings. Will I go back again...NO !
