Our server was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to show my son about the history of the dairy queen franchise which he loved and made sure to give us coupons for our next visit.
Excellent service, and tasty food. There aren't really that many topping options for the burgers, but I do love their double bacon ranch burger. DQ is known to be quite expensive, but sometimes they have pretty good food deals, too.
I had the most amazing experience on the lunar eclipse day at Port Dover, watching the cashier and the server ( same person), handling hoardes of crowds waiting to order, and take away the same with compassion and professionalism and ease. She was neither frazzled nor irritable with everyone wanting their orders first. She had time to ask each person how they were, with a smile.
