Food was good and reasonable prices. Service was terrible with attitude. We were seated and no waitress for 10-15 mins. Their phone number was posted on the window….so I proceeded to order over the phone. While doing so, a waitress appeared..said nobody told her she had a table to serve. She was not friendly at all. Probably won’t return there…The Beachhouse for me from now on. We won’t try any new restaurants in dover any more.
The waitress processed our debit payment for almost 100 and advised us it didn’t go through. She got another machine and proceeded to process the payment. It was Christmas and I didn’t notice that I was charged twice, when I contacted them about this I was advised the manager would call the next day.
