“Rodney and I recently moved to the area and decided to try The Queen’s Bar for their 2026 New Year’s Eve dinner and entertainment — we were very impressed. The food was exceptional, the dinner was beautifully done, and they make a killer martini. The entertainment by Jokers and Queens was an incredible performance and a perfect way to ring in 2026. “I just wanted to share some feedback about an order I placed last night at Pizza Hut. It was a last-minute order around 11:40 PM, very close to the store’s closing time at 12 AM, and I do apologize for ordering so late.
While placing the order on the phone, I clearly mentioned the pizza should only have four specific toppings…Unfortunately, the call got cut before I could ask for or confirm the total amount of the order.
When I received the pizza, it unfortunately had bacon on it, which I had not asked for. I completely understand that it was closing time and mistakes can happen, so I’m not blaming any staff member at all. I just wanted to give a heads up about the mix up.
Sadly, it kind of ruined what was supposed to be my last minute dinner, but I thought it would be helpful to let you know so it can be avoided in the future.
I wanted to give a quick update regarding the feedback I shared earlier about my order.
The store reached out to me and apologized for the mix up with the pizza. They were very polite and understanding about the situation. They also helped me with my future order, which I really appreciate.
I just wanted to acknowledge the good management and customer service. It was handled very professionally, and I truly appreciate the effort to make things right.
