The staff here are great even under pressure. However, today as I went through the drive through the girl who took my order was awesome, when I got to the window I was greeted with rudeness.....there was no friendly comments an almost Im better than you attitude. As I dont know his name all I do is say he was wearing his black religious head wrap and it was around 1 pm. All it takes is one to ruin it for all. If he doesnt like people he is in the wrong job!
I'm frequent this store on a regular basis. The staff, manager all are wonderful people, always greet me with a smile and know my regular order. Quality is always great and coffee is always fresh, like I prefer... Keep up the great job!!!!
This is one of the best Tim Hortons locations I've visited. The staff are always courteous, patient, and hardworking, even during busy hours. The service is fast, the coffee is consistently fresh, and the food is prepared well. The restaurant is clean, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. Thank you to the team for providing such excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!
