Very disappointing experience. I ordered food for myself and my children, spending nearly $70. Since my kids don’t eat meat, I ordered regular menu items for them. I politely asked the manager if it would be possible to include two small kids’ surprises that usually come with children’s meals. The manager refused without any flexibility or goodwill.
For a family order of this size, I expected at least a bit of understanding and customer care. Instead, the service felt rigid and unwelcoming. Had I known in advance that this would be the level of customer service, I would not have ordered from this restaurant. Very disappointing experience overall.

The workers are nice, service was fast, didn't mess up orders a single time. However I asked for some cheesy tots expecting some nice crispy deepfried cheese and potato and instead got deepfried mush. Meaning they don't make everything fresh, expected but at least make the sides fresh.

Tried to place an order x4 using 3 different terminals... They kept freezing. It would accept the first burger order, but would freeze as soon as we tried to add anything else to the orded....All I wanted was a Jr. Cheeseburger instead none of us got nothing... thank goodness for the goat in the parking lot at least he made us smile

Rude and disrespectful have no shame in treating customers like they don’t matter can’t answer simple questions and are uncooperative with allergy requests provided in accurate information and almost poisoned me would give less than 1 star cashier samratyuan rolled her eyes at me

Onion rings were so soggy it was like it was dipped in water and tossed in my food. Also found fries in onion rings. The big fish burger was horrible the fish patty was like a wet sock and was tiny. Food took forever, don't know how they call it fast food. Best thing about is was the crown
Such a horrible experience i had to go through. They don't care about customers. We had to go back to get the sauce couple of times cuz they were careless enough to not put it in with the fries. I wouldn't even give 1 star if possible.

Worst service possible the girl was covered in hickies which is so on professional then made me stand at the cash for 15 while she stared at me both service girls to then tell me sorry we aren’t taking any service at the cash right now you have to use kiosk horrible horrible service.!!!!!! No stars at all I have nothing but issues when I stop here and I thought hey it’s summer it will be better with it being busy but god no it was a lot worse. Hire a better team

The food was bad, we ordered a burger from burger King, and the burger felt as it was half cooked and literally squashed and it tasted Horrible. And then when we ordered a kids meal for my son it said it came with a free toy, however it wasn't in the meal and they said it had been out of stock for days, along with that it was still on the menu.We have also had bad experiences at this location one year ago. Don't go here.
