I ordered a veggie pizza and was given a pepperoni mixed pizza instead. They never bothered to check it.
I realized when I got home and live 30 minutes away. They did offer to replace it and give me store credit but that’s not the point. It takes one second just to check to confirm it’s the right order. I am tried and hungry and now just going to Tim Hortons to eat something. They need better training .

Pizza was delicious & not greasy at all with tons of toppings. Service was great and fast. Restaurant was very clean & welcoming. I know the downtown is a lil off right now due to construction but you can still easily access this restaurant & it's definitely worth it!

We had to park down the road due to major roadwork in downtown Port Hope. Totally worth the walk to find Jim's Pizza, who were most accommodating for our group of 4 adults with 1 child.
We started off with the sharing size Ceasars Salad, which was crisp romaine covered with croutons and a velvety, creamy dressing.
We had Jim's special pizza (extra-large) with lots of fresh toppings, including bacon, pepperoni, and veggies. We asked for extra cheese, and well done. Also ordered the small cheese pizza for the smallest member of our delegation.
Certainly the best pizza around with a good amount of fresh, stretchy mozzarella and a golden brown finish.
The server was welcoming and very helpful moving tables together to make a comfortable space for us to enjoy our dinner. She also guided us through the menu with helpful recommendations. (Still had leftovers)
If you live in Port Hope, surely you know this place. If not, it's totally worth the drive. Great pizza/salad place, cool atmosphere, and dining surrounded by old school pinball machines. Recommend.

Fenominal, spectacular, next level!! 5 minutes off the 401. We stopped in Port Hope for some food mid road trip and found this absolute gem! The owner started as an employee at 14yrs old. Inspired on vacations to Italy, scratch made food with quality ingredients. Food is a master class in Italian. Rest assured we will never pass Port Hope without stopping here and neither should you.
Got a pizza before walking to swimming and theres hardly any toppings on it. The veggies werent done cooking and pieces of itnwas still cold. AWHAT IS WITH PIZZA PLACES NOT WANTING TO PUT ENOUGH TOPPINGS! IF AND WHEN I MAKE A PIZZA AT HOME. I GRIND ALOT OF IT UP AND SPREAD IT ON YOU CAN GET MORE OUT OF IT. SO EXPENSOVE FOR BOUGHT PIZZA AND YET WERE PRETTY MUCH JUST EATTING DOE. ITS SUCKS HAVING KIDS OTS NOT EASY TO FIND GOOD FOOD IN THIS TOWN. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP ON THE FOOD.

We ordered delivery from Jim’s on Skip the Dishes, and when it arrived it was made wrong (not their fault, the order displayed weird when it came in from Skip). When I called they were super accommodating and apologetic, remade our order for us and delivered it immediately. 10/10 service and pizza. Highly recommend, and they deliver so order directly from them instead of a delivery app!!!
