Asked for dark meat in 4 pcs box. The gentleman at the counter assured we ll get 3 dark meat and one white meat but once arrived home there was only 1 dark meat and 3 white meat pcs.

Worst service ive ever not received. Waited at counter for 12 min while one person served take out window and had them look at me several times with not even a word. I would have stayed if they even said sorry sir ill be right there. But nothing. Was like i was not even there. Will never go there again. Im super pissed. Im also writing this from my truck in the parking lot

Ordered 2 meals in the Drive-thru Both meals no ice in drinks and warm . No mention of broken ice machine , if broken. Rubber chicken small KFC pieces , fries cold

Worst fried chicken I've ever had. Should have returned what was left for a refund. Even though they said they only had "original", it had some kind of weird sauce on the skin (which was also a little burnt and hard). The fries were also hard (like they had been sitting for hours).

The chicken doesn't taste like anything, super delayed service.
Food was okay but overpriced. Easy to see why the place was empty based on the front of house staff. Unfortunately they have lost our business after accusing us of stealing an included dessert, which we were never given, and then refusing to give us said dessert after arguing the meal that we had just consumed was not what we had actually ordered even after presenting receipt as proof. Gave up and left as the young man running the register seem to be intent on a full-blown argument even with the manager standing right beside him. We won't be back. Almost forgot, You get a free pepsi shower when you use the pop fountain.

Ordered 10 piece family bucket.Received 10 pieces of extremely tiny wings and thigh cpieces.No legs or breasts.The chicken was overcooked and dry. The popcorn chicken was tasteless. Kfc is a ripoff. Food is overpriced and of inferior quality. I will never patronize this location again.
