Went in and ordered 10 chicken tenders, bill came to $35. I thought that was very high,? Got home and only 6 in the box. Definitely wasn't worth the 40 min drive to get there

Ordered a family bucket. Every piece was disgustingly soggy. 1/4 cup of oil at the bottom of the bucket. Not even the oven could save it. Reminded us why we never order this crap.

This place has lots of parking, lots of area inside to wait for your food.
Problem is... it takes a long time to get your order, I go here quite regularly and they always tell me it's a 15-minute wait, they never seem to have enough chicken ready at one time.
And there are 15 minute wait was actually 26 minutes, I saw 3 customers enter to place an order but when they heard it was going to be 15 minutes they decided to leave, which is costing this business money!
The inside is kept clean and tidy, including the washrooms. Staff is friendly and courteous.
There really isn't an atmosphere here, there's no music quietly playing in the background, or TV to watch while you wait. I think either one of these would be nice to add because right now you're waiting in silence.

This is a very nice, clean and well located Kentucky fried chicken restaurant located in Port. Hope, Ontario. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is very clean and the food was fresh. It’s located adjacent to a strip mall, which contains Regina’s pizza, veterinary clinic, health clinic, subway, Royal Bank and Anytime fitness. There is plenty of parking. Definitely a good place to stop for lunch if you’re in the area. I recommend.

Asked for dark meat in 4 pcs box. The gentleman at the counter assured we ll get 3 dark meat and one white meat but once arrived home there was only 1 dark meat and 3 white meat pcs.

Worst service ive ever not received. Waited at counter for 12 min while one person served take out window and had them look at me several times with not even a word. I would have stayed if they even said sorry sir ill be right there. But nothing. Was like i was not even there. Will never go there again. Im super pissed. Im also writing this from my truck in the parking lot
