Onroute plaza was very clean, Popeyes employee “Happy” was taking my order and the service was great. Chicken sandwich was very good.

I've been here 3 times. The first two times the staff were polite and the food tasted good but took a while.
The third time (on the afternoon of Wednesday November 20th) the food was quick and tasted good, but the staff were horrible. I asked for a different dipping sauce (I wanted BBQ but they put a ranch in the bag) and the young man with red hair rolled his eyes at me as if I asked him to do something incredible or difficult.
If he's that rude to customer's faces, I honestly worry about what he does to customer's food when nobody is looking.
I must also mention that I absolutely hate being forced to use the kiosk and not being allowed to order food at the counter.
Port Hope Onroute Popeyes was busy but had good service ordered on a Kiosk Chicken sandwich meal. Service was fast and friendly.
