I had a hard time ordering to start with. Menu very confusing and difficult to navigate.
I ordered 3 pieces of chicken at 15.48$ thinking it was a meal at that price asked for extra white piece they added 4.50$. bridging it to 20$ plus tax.
I recieved my order went to my car and ended up with 3 prices of soggy chicken, only one white and nothing on the side.
Very disappointing. I can see why this location has so many bad reviews.

Time 8 at night. Orders Dulex chicken sandwich, cold tomato size of looney. And 6 onion rings they count it. Went to see the cashier a lot of attitude. I dont know why and for what, and i explained her reply was by her it's due to mayonnaise:-) The manager name Catherina. Cashier name Gaitrey (sorry If I spell it wrong)

I would give this restaurant a zero star. Google says its open until 11pm when I reached the ON Route as my kids were really hungry the guy said we are closed at 10pm. All other stores were closed too.

Got there around 9:30 am waiting for opening time which says 10 am on the website. I go inside at 10 am only to find out they open at 11am. Shaking my head with disgust Opening late and lying too.

So, get this. POPEYES at this location HAS NO FCKN CHICKEN!!! That's like PIZZA PIZZA sayin they got Garlic bread and chicken wings , but you can't have pizza.
Fckn joke.
Popeye's chicken is plastic anyways. Fatty greasy garbage.
Anyways , I would avoid this place at all costs if I were you.

Wish I could give no star. Their customers service is brutal. Took 30 minutes to get food. I asked why and they just kept saying they were waiting for chicken and no time limit when I will be served. Asked to talk to manager and he came with very bad attitude and said it’s normal to wait for 30-60 minutes in a on route.. seriously ??? Will never go to any Popeyes ever. Done with Popeyes 😡

It said on the map and Google it closed at 11h,was there at 9h30 pm ,nothing!!! Change your hours properly please,it was very frustrating to get there and get out with nothing !
Ordering made easy through the electronic tablets located throughout the building. Burger was soggy and tasted gross. Fries were barely warm….the rest of the on route matched this energy. Gross.
