I ordered a grande matcha creme Frappuccino. I asked if they could only put one pump of syrup instead of the usual three. I also said that I wanted the drink to be made as per normal except for this minor change. The drink that I received was made incorrectly. It did not have the correct amount of Matcha powder (3 scoops) in it and it was incredibly sweet, which tells me that they completely disregarded my request and over sugared the drink. If they are going to hire people who do not understand how to communicate with the customer and are not able to interpret minor changes to the drink then they need to reevaluate their hiring process. That does a dishonor to the brand. I do not recommend this location.

Staff is ever so friendly. Always bubbly and out going. Great friendly atmosphere and drinks always made hot and correct unless you get a cold drink then it’s perfectly chilled.

Did a mobile order for 2 bakery items and a drink. Waited over 15 mins for them to tell me the one bakery item was frozen and would be 30 min wait. Staff were not very pleasant, even with 3 on staff, couldn't manage orders very quickly even though it was not busy.

I was in today to get my beloved pumpkin spice latte at my favourite Starbucks but was disappointed in the rude behaviour from the gentleman who prepared my PSL…it was so strange as I drive from Cobourg to your location because I love it so much. The gentleman literally slid the two drinks to us without making eye contact…we had to wait a solid 5 minutes to get someone to give us sleeves as they are kept out of our reach now. I said Merry Christmas to the person but they turned their back on me. Very disappointing indeed. This was noticed by several people. Behaviour like this will hurt your business and in a time when folks are less than accommodating in the general public, I wanted to bring this to your attention because it is so out of character.

Waited for quite a while. The person finally in front of me asked for a receipt. Two employees tried for at least 4 or 5 minutes with no luck. A man in line finally spoke up and asked where his order was…after much banter the employees admitted they could not find it. Finally my turn. Asked for a breakfast sandwich…Ok…now the employee got pulled away to sort out yet another problem…now he’s back to me. Asked me agin for my order. Oh, sorry we don’t have any of those. I left after almost 15 minutes with nothing. Don’t intend to return.

Great location and atmosphere. I find the cappuccino very expensive. There is alot of frothiness to the cappuccino and not alot of coffee.
