Did a mobile order for 2 bakery items and a drink. Waited over 15 mins for them to tell me the one bakery item was frozen and would be 30 min wait. Staff were not very pleasant, even with 3 on staff, couldn't manage orders very quickly even though it was not busy.

I was in today to get my beloved pumpkin spice latte at my favourite Starbucks but was disappointed in the rude behaviour from the gentleman who prepared my PSL…it was so strange as I drive from Cobourg to your location because I love it so much. The gentleman literally slid the two drinks to us without making eye contact…we had to wait a solid 5 minutes to get someone to give us sleeves as they are kept out of our reach now. I said Merry Christmas to the person but they turned their back on me. Very disappointing indeed. This was noticed by several people. Behaviour like this will hurt your business and in a time when folks are less than accommodating in the general public, I wanted to bring this to your attention because it is so out of character.

Waited for quite a while. The person finally in front of me asked for a receipt. Two employees tried for at least 4 or 5 minutes with no luck. A man in line finally spoke up and asked where his order was…after much banter the employees admitted they could not find it. Finally my turn. Asked for a breakfast sandwich…Ok…now the employee got pulled away to sort out yet another problem…now he’s back to me. Asked me agin for my order. Oh, sorry we don’t have any of those. I left after almost 15 minutes with nothing. Don’t intend to return.

Honestly, not that bad. Like every other Starbucks.Pretty nice and friendly staff who actually at least try to portray good customer service while at work.But does someone spit in Michelle’s in coffee every day?Probably some of the rudest customer service you can find in porthope, incase you’re looking.Also I know for a fact a Starbucks trains you how not to burn coffee so she’s go no excuses in my book.Everyone else is nice though. Even the shoppers staff.

Good place inside pharmasave. Did not have cream/sugar, etc. in self-serve area unlike other Starbucks so had to keep going back and forth to request everything. Also, took a long time to prepare part of an order as the préparer was busy chatting with other customers rather than completing the order of a customer waiting.
