I stopped in here because the other coffee place here can't make a decent coffee to save their lives. Nasty brown water. I walked up to the window and was almost floored by the stench of spoiled milk. Thinking back, that is probably due to a LOT of bad milk in there and staff mush be nose-blind to the smell. I had to step away from the window. When I got my drink, the coffee smelled fine but the lid and cup stunk of spoiled milk. I couldn't drink it from their cup - I had to pour it in another container. Really disgusting. Unfortunately, I had to stop and eat some Tum's as my tummy felt queasy.

It wasn't all bad and gross. My breakfast sandwich, despite being the frozen kind that they have to nuke to prepare, was good and didn't smell. I guess the freezer and microwave were free from the smell. And the staff were friendly and moving as fast as they could to look after customers. But I will NOT go back to this location - I'd rather drive well off the highway to get my coffee next time.

This location needs to be inspected by the local health department.

Terrible service!! Not efficient!!!

They have a walk up window, which is open, but no service at. I stood there, tapping the window, just to be ignored. A few
Other people, behind me, commented that they will just do the drive thru instead.
So, I also to the drive-thru, which was a BIG mistake.
There was two cars before me and one behind me. I waited 4 minutes before someone answered the order board to take my order. When they did, the person asked me to wait. I waited again 3 minutes before someone took my order. Then I waited 8 minutes, behind the other two cars before I finally got to the service window. When I got there, the server did not open the window, instead I saw them both scurry around looking for the coffee beans, and other items. Then, I saw one of them start to gather the beans and filter to begin make fresh brew of coffee. I again waited another 4 more minutes and still no interaction from the server. They didn’t even say hello, or apologize for the delay, or take my money. So, in total, I waited about 20 minutes for nothing, and drove off cause I could not wait.

The wooooooorst starbucks I ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited for almost half an hour just to get my drink, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even what I ordered. The staff didn’t bother to apologize or offer to fix it and the their reason why it takes so long because the drink was so hard to make. Seriouslyyyyy???????are these barista were trained or not????? The service was slow, unorganized, and unprofessional. Knowing that we travelled 6hrs hours and stopped by to rest and grab a drink thinking it would be a nice break… but nope,it was the most dissapointing experience!!!!!!!

I ordered brown sugar oat drinks and unfortunately, they were made poorly and didn’t taste the way they normally should. On top of that, instead of fixing them at the drive-thru, we were told to pull aside and wait while other cars went through, which added even more time to the experience. Very disappointing visit, as the drinks were not up to Starbucks’ usual standard and the service felt dismissive.

Understaffed and overworked. Hire more people. I’m sure you will find some willing employees easily. Longest I’ve ever waited in line for a single drink.

We went to the walk-up window at the Starbucks outside, waited about 5-6 minutes, and the attendant told us “you can order at the other Starbucks.”
So instead, we went into the gas station. When we came back out, the same attendant was serving people at the same window. Unlikely to return.
