Waited in line at outdoor store only to be told staffing levels were not high enough to serve the line.Went to inside location, drink choice was not available, and waited 15 minutes for egg it's to be heated up.Had the pleasure of watching a staff member scoop up spilled food from the floor with food service tongs, insert them into the garbage can and continue serving food with them.
I don't know how people pay these kind of prices for coffee and snacksI'm not sure what their mask policy is but.. the people who work there should wear them all the time just so we're clear as to who is stealing from
This Starbucks is in the Port Hope Service area. Used the drive through and Service was quick and efficient. On busy days you may have to wait as many cars would queue up to order. They seem to have pickup option also if you order ahead. No issues with quality of orders, so would use them again. Check the timings though before stopping as some Service area shops close at different times in weekdays.
