Unexpectedly good, in spite of all city under construction but still Port Hope is beautiful and people friendly. This restaurant has great food , reasonable price and friendly staffs and gentle expert Chef. For which you can not find it in all great Toronto 10 times more expensive. 🙏

Stopped in without a reservation, they were able to accommodate me and my coworker easily. We were kind of forgotten about at first, but they apologized and then the service was phenomenal. And the food was delicious. The Duck Confit, I highly recommend. If I ever come back through, this will be a for sure stop.

Wonderful! The poached eggs with mushrooms are super delicious. The local beer tasted equally good. We found the place because of the renovation work in the city, it's worth it. The service is super friendly and competent. There is even high-speed internet for guests.

I ordered the salmon pot pie feature, it comes with a salad. Halfway through my salad I find a long dark hair! I am blonde btw. I advised the waitress and she takes away the hair on my napkin. She returns a couple of minutes later and asked if I would like another salad… Pretty much ruined my experience, but I said yes, as I was still hungry. The salmon pot pie was delicious. On receiving the final check, There was no discount and there was no other apologies other than at the time. “Oh, I’m so sorry.” Will I return to this restaurant? Most likely NO!
