Order two drinks and one is always wrong. Ordered 2 black steep tea got 1 coffee 1 tea, for two days in a row. They don't listen and get pissed when you tell them it's wrong. Weekend staff is somewhat better than weekdays but not by much.

They messed up our order. We ordered a black coffee and it tasted like decaf or maybe it was watered down? My steep tea was really watered down. We also got 2 everything bagel with cream cheese. They put minimal cream cheese and the texture and taste looked fluffy like it was expired. Gave so many chances to this Tims and not going here again.

Stopped for coffee before getting on the highway at 9:33 pm. Staff inside and drive through and store all closed up. Website says they are open until 10:00 pm. This is why I am beginning to go elsewhere for coffee. So disappointing!!

Ordered double bacon double cheese on a bagel it was 10$ and this is what they tried to give me saying it was 6 pieces of bacon what they counted a piece was roughly an inch and a quarter long and then on the refund they didn’t tell me it didn’t go thru I found out down the road checking my bank came back and had to go through a whole ordeal when he knew it didn’t work While being rude about it. September 7th 8.30pm

Had an Everything Bagel with cream cheese and a French Vanilla today. The bagel was perfectly toasted and the French Vanilla was cozy and sweet. Big shoutout to the staff, especially Akila, for being so friendly and helpful – they made my visit even better! 🥯☕️👏. I love visiting tims! 🤩

The washrooms were absolutely disgusting, they look like they haven't been cleaned in MONTHS, It is the worse Tim Hortons rest rooms we've ever been in ,and we've been coast to coast

This store is the worst kept in the area. Bathrooms are always disgusting and low on products and entry is dirty. Makes you feel like you shouldn't get food here if it isn't taken care of where you can clearly see. I get busy times but maybe do hourly checks and cleaning.

We ordered several items here, and every single one was terrible. I had the worst double-double of my life at this branch — it was bitter, watery, and tasted anything but fresh. I couldn’t even finish it and ended up throwing it away.
The lemonade was extremely sour with no sweetness at all, and the French vanilla gave my mother a stomachache almost immediately after drinking it.
On top of the poor quality, the customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Best donuts on the TransCanada Hwy. Fresh and well glazed and….they have maple dip. Always stop in here on my way by. Always a good stop. Service is good and store is clean. Lots of parking.
