I recently visited this location to pick up coffee and bagel the service was very fast and so friendly I was also impressed with how efficient the staff putting take out orders to the drive through and I noticed how clean and tidy this location was it's very busy location and amazing staff I have visited hundreds of Tim's locations this is number One.

I was double charged for a transaction when the till crashed mid-payment. The store manager was incredibly rude and would not believe me when I tried to explain the situation. I had to fight for a free coffee as he wouldn't believe that my reward was redeemed. Unbelievable! You want to push back and lose a customer over $2? And all this while a line of people waited for service out the door. I want my second transaction refunded as I paid $25 for a $10 order. The store manager needs a lesson in customer relations as well. Please contact me to resolve.
