Filthy. Flies were everywhere, swarming in and around the front counter display and landing on the donuts and cookies and other food that was being sold to people. Do not buy anything from this place. The owners/managment know this and don't seem to care. Can't the department of health do something about it?

Order a coffee with oat milk and sugar and a breakfast sandwich WITHOUT cheese.... Having to repeat OAT milk 3 times and receive a coffee with milk and a sandwich with cheese!!!!! What's the point of asking for changes if they can't even register it and do it properly??? My dog ​​is happy with his muffin, the rest went in the trash again!!

Horrible, my coffee tastes like water and my bagel isn’t cut in half and they put the butter on top and not inside? they didn’t fill up my cup the way other timmies do but overall the service was super slow as well.

This is the second time I have ordered a sandwich on the Kiosk and both times I have ordered no cheese and got cheese. I have a dairy allergy. When I bought it to their attention tit’s time they just scraped it off and gave me the same sandwich

This is an update from my previous review of several months ago regarding the disgusting washrooms. I’m posting a photo of my toasted bagel which was supposed to include cream cheese. Where’s my cream cheese? Don’t drive away until you check your Tim Horton’s order. Worst Timmy experience ever! Super long wait for a garbage inedible bagel! The women’s washroom is absolutely disgusting. It has not been properly cleaned in many days. There is serious grunge and mold in several stalls. Do not stop here unless you are looking to contact illness.

They served us spoiled food at a ridiculously high price. Unbelievable that after driving two and a half hours employees can’t do the bare minimum and check the quality of the product going into people’s mouths, the smell emanating from the sandwich was enough to alert anyone that the ham was spoiled I’m honestly appalled at how careless employees can be, ridiculous.
Everybody should avoid this tomorrow at all costs they have no sense of morals, go to the Starbucks instead.
