See 2 employees walk out of the kitchen, one of them the one who handed me my bagel. They both have sandwiches of some kind, that they enjoyed in the lounge area of the EnRoute rest stop a few feet away from me.
This was my first visit to a Tim's in almost 5 years. Never again.

Morning rush: 700-730…… and they have one person working. Both taking orders and making food and the line is 20 people deep. Seriously? You guys make so much money and you pay to just have one employee? The whole point of takeout is for it to be fast. I’m not waiting 30 minutes for a coffee. Crazy. Won’t stop again.

I had a simple order of a small Mocha and they gave me A coffee with no chocolate flavour in it. I believe they donf know how to make a mocha. Worst place to visit.

10 min wait behind a single car. Ordered a simple 2 milk coffee and ended up with half a cup of cream. English proficiency should be mandatory

I visited this Tim Hortons today evening, and Aman helped me at the counter. She was excellent,polite, friendly, and patient. Aman clearly explained the dinner deal and made my visit very pleasant. Thank you !
