A good place to stop for a drink and some food between Ottawa and Toronto. Consistent for quality with other locations. Fast to get in and out. Easy also to park (for free).

Unfortunately this is not the first time that we leave this Tims with no order. The wait times are endless and today they had one poor soul in the front, scrambling to get the orders going and asking for help, which never came. The drive through was packed and slow. Not enough hands on deck! We travel this route often and I have always given this Tims a chance, but today I just left. Hope they will figure out what they need to make work!

This location should not be allowed to use the Tim’s branding. Whoever is making coffee is brewing it half strength at best. After 2 hours on the road & all you want is a nice reliable tasting Tim’s coffee……getting a watered down white mess instead was infuriating & nothing I could do about it after getting back on the highway

We got breakfast through drive thru at 10:30 am and the sandwiches were cold - the cheese wasn’t melted even, it was a perfect square as you get it out of the fridge. Tasted awful.

Service was very slow and the workers were very rude and unfriendly. Gave me the worst look when I asked to repeat what he had said. Lost my business and my appetite. Disappointed. And the drink was UNDERFILLED!!!

I’ve been waiting over 35 minutes just for 2 sandwiches. That’s completely unacceptable for such a simple order. The service was extremely slow, and there was no sense of urgency from the staff. Very disappointing experience — won’t be coming back unless things improve.
