A hidden gem in Port Hope! We came with friends for some cocktails and were all very impressed. Super cute spot in DT Port Hope and look forward to coming back for food. Thanks guys!
Visited for our first time on Valentine's Day for dinner. Waited almost 45 minutes after our reservation time for our table. Waited for service at the bar. While the staff are lovely everything felt disorganized, chaotic and very very slow. Food was good but by the time we were served we were tired and the night had worn on us. Recognizing Valentines is one of the busiest days of the each year, would hope that the balance of the year the restaurant runs more smoothly. Unsure if we would return.
Atmosphere and food were good ... service not so much. Albeit it was a busy night, it took almost 1.5hrs from the time we ordered until we were served our meals. Not once did our server come to see if we needed anything, check our drinks or offer any explanation or apology for the delays. After dinner we asked for the dessert menu ... which took another 15-20mins to get. The server was very polite when we did have the opportunity to speak ... just not very attentive.
Excellent meal all around. Cranberry Margherita are delish. Duck Confit, some of the best I ever have eaten. Service was excellent.
My mom and I had dinner here and everything was delicious! We were so impressed with the steak dinners. I substituted my potatoes for the truffle fries and it was incredible. The focaccia came fresh out of the oven. We loved the atmosphere, the freshness and flavours of our meals, and we had an amazing server (Rachel). We will be back and highly recommend this little spot in PH!

Delicious farm to table food using locally sourced food. Ambience is cozy and warm and the servers are very professional and attentive.
Really enjoyed our first time here, everything was delicious and atmosphere was really nice, not loud, cozy and great service. Will be back soon! Oysters Charcuterie board Risotto All 10/10
Love the vibe , reminds me of dining in Toronto, would love to see changes in the menu periodically. Would love to see more apps for the few of us who just want ti go out for drinks and appetizers
Confirmed 7 PM reservation for 4 but upon arrival we were told there was a private function thru 7:15 PM and they initially didn't honour the reservation. In fact, the other couple was turned away. Fortunately we'd eaten at Social previously and travelled a long way from Newmarket & Campbellford so they set us at the bar until our table was ready. As previously, the food was worth the wait - coconut curry mussels, ravioli, beef cheeks, everything. Looking forward to going back again.
Best place in town for a lovely quiet dinner. Always great fresh oyster 0n the 1/2 shell. Staff could not do any better. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

One of my faves in PH. I just moved here & dined that same night I moved in. And many times after that. Staff is absolutely amazing. Food is delicious & always fresh. Love it & I often bring family & Friends when they visit from out of town. Thanks everyone. See you soon

I booked a table through the week on line for our one year anniversary for Saturday evening. I get a phone call on the Friday before saying they are fully booked do to a part that is booked. This should have been on the website and not allow me to book. This gave me a day to find an opening in one day somewhere else. Not very good
Such a great spot for drinks and food with friends. The drinks are soooo tasty and the service was amazing! Can't wait to go back.
Very small tight restaurant and it was a bit difficult to get to as the Main Street was all closed. I felt like i was in a dungeon. The only good thing was the server. She was very sweet. My drink was horrible. I had a sangria. Not sure how to mess that up but it tasted like just wine and water. Food was not good. My husband had the steak and frites and I had the special which was the sirloin Oscar. Food took 52 minutes from when we ordered. My steak was rare when I ordered it medium. There was blood all over the plate which mixed with the yellow bernaise sauce, so a very unappetizing visual. The steak was on top of the rice so there was blood in the rice. My husband switched steaks with me as a wedding bachelorette party was seated right next to us and it would have been pointless to say anything. His steak was under seasoned and bland. We were both starving so just ate what we could and left. This was an anniversary dinner after a day at the spa and it was very disappointing.
